My experiance - Guts.com

Ive been a player at Guts for long time since they opened with Ben, but recently they have really treated me as (S*hit)

I have always been VIP at guts, while Ben was the man over there everything went always smoothly, then new management took over and everything changed.

I had cashback deal every weekend, this is now suddenly gone without telling me a thing, even a email could be telling me this is something was happening.
I had to find this out by chat support that telling me this.

They have blocked freespins & deposit bonuses now as wel.

(note this is from a player that have lost 100Ks over Gut and Rizk (Same group) )

It amaze me how they run a business, by ditch they valuable player in gut.

I have no words, my hard earned money get donated to these sites and all i get back is regret of why i even used my time to this.

I can totally sign that. I reopened at Guts since they start to accept German players again.
Terrible!
Before i was VIP with a lot of good bonus/cashbacks/ with Ben.
Now they treat me like shit (although i made a couple of deposits (avg per deposit: 200-500Eur) in the first month and lost the most of that).

The more you give at Guts now - the less you get.

So i closed my account at Guts after 5 weeks again. There are many others out there...
