Hello again I have won on mr q and they are withholding my funds it’s been 24 hours now when it’s normally paid in 20 mins. Do u guys think if I contact my bank I can get the deposit money back as they are not paying out my winnings.

It’s been the last 6 withdrawals that have taken time. And I have had to contact them to release payment.

If you have won fair and square why would you just want your deposit money back?

Depending on the amount involved or any bonus in play you might have to wait for additional checks, no need to panic just yet.

have you contacted them to see if there is any reason for the delays?

they hold my withdraw all weekend I give them 2 ⭐️ Monday they ask me for more doc I send same day they paid me, so they hold my withdraw over 36hrs

Give it more time. Had a substantial withdrawal take a week from them, all communication was adequate.

Depending on what's going on behind the scenes, 24 hours is slow by modern standards but not excessive. MrQ was hit with a six-figure UKGC fine recently so they will be more alert to their processes and that might have overwhelmed the system somewhat.

As reels mentioned, contact them and see what's going on - might be a genuine delay, they might be waiting for information from you (they are doing a lot of paperwork checks at the moment), or could be something else if it is a recurring issue.

Contacting the bank should be the last resort - because that's going to open a whole host of issues that you don't want to deal with voluntarily (because it's essentially a chargeback, and that raises a red flag against your casino account and often allows a casino to invoke terminal T&Cs against you).
