Anyone having the same issue.
Trying to withdraw funds from Mr Green account. Never had an issue before but it was a large amount so had to spilt it as per their limits. Normally I get my withdrawl within seconds, after 48hrs I contacted them, they said they would send it for processing, 2 mins later I get a request for proof of ewallet. Fine, send it over. Got back in contact about 10 mins later to make sure all was OK. Told it was good and the withdrawls would be processed on 5-10mins. 2 mins later I get emails saying:
Mr Green has approved your recent withdrawal, but regrets to inform you that this has been declined due to a techical issue and your withdrawal has been cancelled.
In order to proceed with your withdrawal, Mr Green asks you to please to try again. Once your new withdrawal request has been received it will be processed as soon as possible.
Mr Green apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks you in advance for your patience and understanding. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mr Green’s friendly customer service team, who will be happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble.
I have tried to withdraw the fill amount in different amounts, not even 10% of the maz withdrawl limit and I am getting the same message and their customer service team are not being any help, telling me that I can't withdraw the full amount in one it. I know that is why I am trying to withdraw it in small amounts, at a cost of 10 euro (fee) each time I might add.
Anyone else having issues, or is just they don't want to payout?
