I have to ask. Have any others on this forum been in a situation where you get stuck with a unplayable ammount in your account, that keeps on accumulating WRs from all your bonuses?

The reason im asking is because i have had like 0.009Euros(in my currency thats a two decimal ammount), and obviously i cant wager that ammount at any games, or withdraw it. And each time i deposit, take another bonus or so that ammount gets locked under whatever WR of any earlier bonuses. MrGreen has always removed the old WR when i ask them though, but still it is kind of annoying to contact their CS and wait each time i wanna play there.

I have ofcourse asked aliatam here, and their CS if they can remove the 0.009 Euros manually, but they claim this is impossible cause its such a low ammount.
So i just wondered if this is some kind of cashier limitation that is common for Netent casinos, or if it just is at MrGreen. Cause i feel it cant be that hard to remove such a low sum from a users account.

That has happend to me before. When I contact the support sometimes they say they can't remove it and somtimes they say sure we can remove it.

I was looking to make a withdrawal at this casino and there is a 30 pound fee to withdraw to Skrill? Is this normal because it's a huge rip off. Had I known I would never have deposited.

There is no withdrawal fee. Your withdrawal just needs to be 30 €/$/£ or larger, you can't withdraw smaller sums.
