MG casinos selectively disabling Neteller?

Barred?

I too cannot make a deposit to Grand Bay, Bella Vegas nor Jupiter Club by NETeller. Both GB and BV even hinder me from making a deposit at all, as when I try to deposit by credit card, the text comes up:
"You have reached the maximum number of cards that you may register. If you want to query this, please contact our customer support desk".
I don't understand this, as I don't want to register any more cards than I already have (one!). JC is the only one of these three which allow me to deposit by credit card.
Grand Bay is one of the MG casinos that I have done very well in, both with bonuses and without. I can't help but to think that they really don't want my action there anymore :(

Caliban

you are correct they dont want your business anymore thats why they have disabled your depositing options.

NETeller shows up again

I've been checking my Jupiter and Bella account once a day every day for the last ... what?... 2 weeks I guess since the NETeller option disappeared again.

As of this afternoon the NETeller option has returned to my Jupiter and Bella Vegas banking sections. How long it will stay this time is anyone's guess.

(NETeller option is still in my CGB Banking and had never been missing from that casino software.)

Bryan--An answer?

I'm truly sorry for resurrecting this thread , but I'm really curious.

Bryan---I'm pretty sure that you've now been back a few days.

Were you able to contact the operators as you expected, and if so, what was their response?

I have, for the first time in my 5 or 6 years of playing at online casinos, been efffectively labeled as a "bonus abuser". I assume that this is the explaination given for all of us being selectively "disabled", but I am interested in the owner's official explaination.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this is an operations decision and not a technical glitch as we are/were told.

I have no problem with an idependant business operator making a business decision, but I do mind being lied to and shut out as I have been.

As a reminder, I was dealt with promptly, individually, curteously, and professionally right up until an answer was required. At that point only and until now (about a month) was I met with the stone cold wall of silence of management.

While I currently still have my NETeller option at all three of the Grand Prive casinos, I've received two communications this a.m. from 2 people who have recently lost their NETeller option at either Bella or Jupiter or both. :what:

What's up with this??

It's such a puzzle... and I keep gnawing on it like a dog with an old bone...
