Had a query about a acca I done, betway don't have anybody ever available on live chat it's basically a bot round in circles. So went onto twitter and DM them, asked me numerous questions for security. Then they respond with this.... its really wound me up. How many people on twitter have they're full legal name as they're twitter name???? My twitter name is nondescript.

Betway are a bunch of absolute idiots... When I had to contact their support a year or so ago it was via a form and they mailed me back, but because I can have multiple aliases on my email account I (accidentally) replied with a different address. They put me through the whole security shebang and ultimately the solution was to simply have my mail address changed on the site and then reply with a code they sent to my mobile...
