I can honestly say that every time I have had need to contact a rep here, they have almost always responded quickly and resolved my issue. That they may or may not contribute much on the forum in terms of posts is not relevant to me - more important is them logging in and reading their PMs and subsequently dealing with them.

That's not what I'm saying.

It's to be expected that reps can't help everyone 100% of the time.
But if a rep can never provide help to anyone on the forum then what's the point? That's what I'm saying.

That would be horrible! But I suppose we will never know if anyone are like that.
We can't start a thread comparing them. That would maybe end like some are getting bullied.

We praise those that are outstanding when it's time for the awards. If anyone seems like they don't know or can't anything then maybe it's better to report them to Bryan if accredited. It's a thin line because we don't want anyone chased away either.

just to put in my 2 cents on the initial topic question...

the casino's imo only want to start with casinomeister promo's, to get new subscribers.
a lot of members are basically registered at most good/decent casino's so they get nothing out of the promo's. The casino's where you already have an account, already hand out promo's (if they have any kind of loyalty program).
exclusive free rolls without rebuys, or a promotion code for some exclusive free spins (f.e. min time registered and min number of posts to qualify), which cant be used by other websites, must be such an incredible time-consuming venture, with a relatively low output.
i remember 32 red once did 10 free like this when they had an anniversary of some kind.
