Hello all my fellow cm's,
Just a quick one from me, but seeing quite a number of posts from others saying things along the lines of: "tried casino such n' such, didn't like there withdrawal options, so I requested to have my account closed" or "tried this multi-platform casino, and one MG slots weren't loading, so I closed my account with them."
Now I understand if, say you had a gambling problem etc. along those lines, and wanting to do something about it, then requesting to have your account closed and making that effort to do so can be clearly seen as to why. But I seem to be seeing as of late a trend of people closing there accounts for trivial reasons when you can simply and easily just not play there, well that would be pretty clear. For eg. I try a new casino, don't really like it, nothing against them, just not for me, and now I click the X in the top right hand corner and I'm done.
I don't know, maybe I'm missing something, but to me, it seems like a lot of bother to contact CS to close your account if the reason is only minor. Especially as you most certainly know they are going to try and talk you out of it, tempt you with a bonus, and then it turns into 5 emails back and forth until they finally close your account - too much of a hassle when you can just simply not play there, well that's my opinion anyway.
What do you guys reckon?
