Just tried it again and still the same, So I opened up I.E & loaded up fine, Only other games I have found not to work is lights & aliens, After a Google search for the later 2 with the error code than it said its my video card (again both work from I.E), I find this abit strange but thats the trouble with all this multi platform ect,

As I wrote in one of my posts, we rarely had errors with Novomatic games, usually the error appears on the side of our customers without any sign on our side. The best what I can do is to suggest for you to update your Flash Player and your JAVA, delete cookies and try the games in multiple browsers. Viking, had the same issue few days ago but all was fine at the next morning... I don't know if he updated or modified something in his system but we checked on our side and we did not modified anything because all was fine in our reports.

You never mentioned that it was the special deal with this froum in your chat. That has been on a few weeks and maybe people from here don't sign up so often so that they can just guess where you come from.
Not a great start! Deposited kept getting a popup box saying "Error please contact support" then playing games were lagging and then finally dreaded crash mid spin on JP. Then finally whole site seems to have crashed. Trying to load the site gets this error now

Yep I got the same almost from the start of my game play. Site is crap at the moment and no one answering any support messages. Think I will ask for a refund if they dont fix this by tomorrow AM. Worrying if it has been happening all day and no one there end has picked up on this. Even on a Weekend a casino should have full support and techs on hand.
That must be frustrating. What's the use in having a "Please contact support" message if there is no support available.
Well tried again this morning the casino is still unplayable. Errors. No games will load. Can not access any of my account data. No reply to my emails and live customer support still offline at 11.22am. Having live support that ends at midnight is not perfect but I know many casinos do this. But having no live support in the middle of a day regardless of the day is not good. Anyway hopefully the rep will reply here seeing as CS are not responding. If this is the shape of things to come when things go wrong its pretty dire sorry to say.
