Well sorry to say I deposited again. Took 50% bonus offer. And every time I loaded netent games my balance would show at 0.05 euros and not my actual balance. Hit up live CS waited around 10 mins for the reply which was simply "we will have to forward this to our technical dept" no other info given and the CS just seemed to ignore my reply's. Anyways this casino not for me. Too many glitches and poor CS on the live support side.

Played my balance to zero on the only games I could load and play which were MG. Netent would load but my balance showed as zero on netent games even though it was not. This casino too many issues for me and is technically lacking at the moment. Voted with my wallet and made a depo where I can play Netent games without problem on the bonus.

I have never played on a casino that hasn't got tech issues randomly .. Energycasino is one of the best casinos out there. Never had any issues either with support or technical issues. Judging a casino just because you had issues on your session does not mean they are always running like that.

And I personally had a bad start with this casino with it going down last soon soon after my first depo then 2nd depo technical errors in that could not play ANY netent games. So it is a justified post and nothing to do with judging the casino. I am sure they will rectify the issues and would need to to avoid loosing deposits and customers.

It seems to be you were really unlucky with us because these technical errors. I've checked the playing history of some other players and the NetEnt games were working in the night. Nobody reported any errors after we solved the server error on Sunday noon. I had managed to find our what was happening with the NetEnt games. Before you deposited, we credited the 10 Free Spins into your account and then when you finished the spins, you started to play from your winnings. When you stopped playing from the bonus money, there was still 0,05 € remaining in your account. First you had to spend all of the "bonus money" won from the free spins in order to continue to play in NETENT games from the deposited "real" money.

Our support had to inform you about this, I apologize because he was not on the top of the situation but I can assure you that all of the support members were reminded about this NetEnt rule.

I was very sceptical about making a first deposit after reading about these technical issues. The one thing I hate more than losing, is not being able to play at all.

Anyway I think the rep gave a solid response so I went ahead and made a €40 deposit and everything went smoothly and managed to win €700. It's just a shame about the wagering requirements for UK players, but I'm confident of making a cash out.

I will submit 600 withdrawal now and hopefully I will receive before the weekend.

I want to play Dead or Alive with the remaining balance but I keep thinking its against the rules. I might be getting confused with other casinos terms. If only I was sober I could read the terms. :eek2:

Im going to guess under Payee I enter my name. I have made many bank transfers from casinos, but they usually only ask for sort code and account number.

I was not too bothered by the technical issues really. They were not that bad and it's a good opportunity to test how the staff responds and I think they were very professional.

They were completely honest about the situation and explained what they were doing to try fix it. They weren't trying to hide behind excuses or pass the blame like many others would do. That level of honesty is what is most important to me when playing at an online casino.

It's also very easy to focus on the one thing that didn't work well and overlook the 99 things that worked flawlessly. I guess that is the purpose of these threads though. Based on my experience there I have no doubt they will pass. :)
