Actually, it's not ok. I've started a new thread to keep it more topical....but not only did you dig up a thread a year old,,, which is ok.

Sorry to dig up old memories, and sorry for not checking this place out first- I've played there for years and never had this much problem. Here is the update- and my letter to them..
JMUGRAD Here- please close my account. I'm extremely unhappy with your customer service, your cashout procedures and with the Casino in general. My last cashout- supposed to be $1000, was reduced to $800- supposedly b/c I had used a bonus (that was restriction free!). Then after more than a month of only ONE WAY communication (from me to you), I finally got my money gram and you all took $85 dollars for WHAT??? Supposedly the moneygram fees? What the F? Moneygram costs about $9.00!! So I only got $715 and believe me, that wasn't worth the hassle. So, I'm going to take my money,and gamble someplace else- copying this letter to any watchdog group that I can.
