That would be great:thumbsup: I played at the old Club Gold because of the Playtech games. While the customer servvice is great there I can get paid within hours if I play at Bet-at or Guts. So if you get a good selection of Playtech games it will make your casino stand out from the crowd so to speak.

Anyone else having trouble loading the Netent slots? I keep getting the message "Your HTTP session timed out, please refresh your browser and try again", although support assures me they are online and working.
 
Yes, i didnt like the platform they was on, Should be geting a few more deposits of me now :)

For some reason I didn't get an email notifying me but that's all good. I was thrilled to read here that they were adding new games until I just went to login. Two problems (for me anyway). First it looks like they removed EcoPayz as a deposit option so I guess I'm FUBARed for depositing for now. Second, and actually really upsetting, is I can't seem to find my comp points. I've been trying to reach 4000 points to cash in for at least 2 years and now they're just gone. Hopefully Dino can clear this up because that's alot of comps (deposits)and alot of time working to get up to their huge 4000 points cash in and have nothing to show for it. Thanks for any info:)

I have a positive answer for both your questions! :)
Firstly with regards to your comp points, we have kept a full track of the amount accumulated until the last day of your ( and all other player's)activity, prior to the move.

As a result we will be crediting the cash equivalent directly in to your account on the new platform regardless of wether or not you had reached the tier for conversion. All you have to do is let me know when you want it (maybe via PM inclusive of your username) so that it doesn't get mixed up with any bonus at the same time.
From that point on, you will be accumulating points on the new platform.

Furthermore with regards to Ecopayz, this payment option will be live again in your cashier within the next 2 weeks along with another 5- 6 new payment options.

Once again, please feel free to drop me a PM with your username for the comp points and any other concern you might have.

all games offering overall RTP lower than 30% and I played low stake (0,40 cent)

Only game where I triggered the bonus round was BlackLagoon, 4 times.
1X, 3X, 3X, 6X.

I was already taking decision to quit with NetEnt some time ago, but these good offers and the good reputation of the casino were making me change my mind.... what a mistake I made.

I am really done with NetEnt.

Anyway, Casino Service was good despite some little technical issues still to be fixed, I saw a lot of goodwill by the operators and I appreciated their style customer-oriented.

Whenever they'll be back on Playtech I will be more than pleased playing there.

I would also like to know what's the deal with being unable to deposit via debit/credit card. Keep getting some routing error. Any other players from Australia having this problem. Don't really like using Neteller.

Indeed you are correct. Based in Italy, you would not have access to the Microgaming selection of games, which would narrow the choice to Betsoft and Tain games, for the time being.

Impressed

I have to say that i am very impressed with this casino.
I had a problem which i had created myself and the staff on the live chat were extremely helpful,friendly and fast.
Great selection of games and they all loaded extremely fast and never had any lag at all.
Great sign up bonus and terms are very good compared to most.
Sadly no payout but had a great run for my money and if i am going to lose then at least i had plenty hours of entertainment.
Will certainly be back and would recommend it.
 
I'm not always a big fan of change. But the Club Gold support team has always provided me with excellent service, and I'm glad that didn't change! There are definitely accredited casinos that could learn something about customer support from them.

Found them very trustful and there customer service was one of the best if not the best. There promo was the best around as im a busy lad my playtime is restricted to most sundays and there SUNDAY250 suited me to the ground,

The change to netent and MG as lost a lot of these awsome promo they was running so this unfortunatly had me moving on. (plus i dont rate netent).

Shame really as enjoyed my time there but if you are a netent,Mg fan and want something with good costumer service i wouldnt have and issues about recomending them to anyone

We did have ecopayz prior to the move and we will definitely have it shortly on the new platform.
Unfortunately the integration on the new platform is taking a bit longer than expected for this payment option but as I said, it should only be a matter of days before you can see it again in your cashier.
