They are only bringing other issues up now, if there was any issues before, why let us keep making more deposits on their casinos, this has only now came up because of this one account.

Now that you admit you ALREADY have issues with them APART from this, which you failed to mention earlier, everyone knows that they can't trust anything you say.

If they banned you from using credit cards, then they must have a good reason. If they were such a take take take group, with whom you already had issues, WHY would you go back and deposit again?

I'm sorry Dawn but I believe you have to give up and learn from your mistakes, or take it somewhere else for help.
You are responsible for knowing where you have an account, no matter what mails or offers you get.
Since you are two in your household you also have the responibility to make sure you don't share accounts.
Nothing you will say or do can change that fact.

I'm on the side of GENUINE players with LEGITIMATE complaints who are honest with the membership and don't omit vital information to make them look like an innocent victim.

Players like you just make it harder for genuine players to get fair resolutions.
