anyone having problems at GUTS

Just had a brief session at Guts (deposited for the Monday double offer)

Microgaming spinning lovely (bit too quick lol) no crashing / freezing etc :)
Netent spinning fine (apart from the balance jumping thing still happening)

But the usual instant balance wipeout still happening too :(

For my fave site, gotta be honest (and hate posting negativity but frustration got better of me :p) I did not enjoy that deposit one bit after 'looking forward' to it all weekend.

Shame as when the slots were at their worst with techies etc balance kind of lasted longer :eek:
 
This is the thread I was looking for the other day. Both microgaming and netent games lag a bit, microgaming lag goes away after a few spins but still annoying, That's on firefox browser which I seem to have the most problems with at guts, chrome is a lil better but get the netent lag.

That's about the only bad thing I have to say except the fees to withdraw money and you have to pay the fee each time when you have multiple withdrawals like I did yesterday.:mad:.

Love the play time I have been getting and the withdrawals were processed on the weekend and had the money in a couple of hours already.:eek:

True, withdrawls at Guts is truely lightening fast. Never once have I had an issue, delayed, prolonged etc Nothing. All straight forward and fast.
WHen one does get to hit the withdrawl button :p
 
It took me ages to log in because of errors. Now I cant withdraw. It just hangs on that screen.

FFS please fix your site.

Yesterday we had an issue with the login but today we haven't got any reports of issues on that. We tried also with our accounts and seemed to work ok. Let me know if the problem continues and we can take a look what might cause this.
 
I was all set to deposit for the Thursday offer, but went to live chat first to ask if there were any issues or complaints of any kind today. I cited the issues that have been plaguing the site.
The CS chat rep was beyond unsympathetic to the issues Guts has had the past several weeks. She just kept repeating over and over that the site is working properly, as it ALWAYS does. When I suggested that there have been everything from server issues, to login issues, to NetEnt issues and Everymatrix problems, and that is why I thought I should check, cause I did not want to waste another deposit fighting to play it out the entire time....she again stated, we have not had any issues, the site is working properly, as always, and made me feel silly for asking in the first place.
The pure arrogance of this rep turned my stomach, and I went on to the next casino on my list to deposit. I mean, how dare I check if there are issues prior to depositing, treated me like I was being unreasonable.
 
I have noticed a big change in CS reps across 'the board' lately. (not pointing finger at Guts alone, just in general)

You either end up with an agent that will bend over backwards to help you or one who'd rather be outside having a crafty fag, usually the latter:rolleyes:

There does not seem to be any 'middle of the road' lately.

I find myself 'winding myself up' these days if I have to visit any casinos chat so I've started doing things via email, less stressful and if it's deposit related query and they take ages to respond then the deposit goes elsewhere....simples :D
 
Well let it be said, I always share the positives as well as the negatives :p

Just finished a 2 hour+ session at Guts (WR seemed to go on forever lol)

Mixture of Mg and Netent games played, got 'booted' twice in that time but other than that real good play, nice steady spins, very little lag and overall a much much better experience than last visit.

Balanced peaked at around £120 from £20 deposit and I even managed 100% profit in a £40 cash out, bit disappointed as balance was 'hovering' around the £80 for yonks but double what I put in and better than the usual nowt :p
 
This is insane moaning. . I also played yesterday and today. . A little bit of lag. Deal with it ....

I have just went to make a deposit, 1st of the cashier was taking ages to load so than closed and reopened, I put the amount in then code and 3 digits and took me to the confirm page, Click confirm and thats all I got, Ended up closing that bit down and no money put on ?

is trying everything to fix it. . I think that they are trying everything to fix hole problem , which they can. .

I dont think that this forum is greated for moaning from same writers. .

Seems to be an incomplete deposit so no money taken from anywhere. No issues reported about that today but can follow up on that tomorrow.

It could easily be my side but my computer seems to be running fine, I checked my bank and nothing seemed to have come out :)

Never had a problem with GUTS cs always been very polite and good for a bit of banter :D, now Ladbrokes on the other hand :lolup:
