And i thought, that the rule from SciFi & Breakaway was bad, with their 1 time wagering your deposit, but this really sucks!
 
Yeah, I'd think without deposit, the term doesn't say anything about a bonus.

Ok i can't use firepay, because it's only in UK available, but alone for this sucking rule, nobody should play there!
 
Yup Yup... I do believe perhaps this group IS going downhill... these rules seem a tad roughish to me anyways. If I deposit without a bonus I should be able to make ONE spin and then withdraw if I wanted to.. I wouldn't.. but I should be able to! That's why people deposit without a bonus. To have no restrictions.

I know at times players can be a bit harsh, as I DO understand that these new stupid laws are making things far more difficult for online casino's to operate as usual, but I know I am not alone in being frustrated with the contradictory terms on your page as well as the 3 week wait.

I will admit it was nice to actually receive an answer to my PM as I often don't and thanks a lot for coming and posting here. Nice to see someone getting involved. :D

Got the exact same email Kaynos... I requested my withdrawl on June 24th
so it's been 7 buisness days already for me - I don't know how the Canadian or American holidays slow things down though so I guess it could take a little longer... I still think 1.5-2 weeks is way too long also.. what I don't get is why they hold back your withdrawl until your deposit clears? Most casino's don't do this. Isn't it Instadebit that foots the bill if my deposit doesn't clear? I could be wrong there... At any rate, Instadebit is fast, the money came out of my account the next day so it should all be fine and clear by now.... foot's still tapping....

I appreciate the email though... at least we're getting responses which is more than I can say for other casino's lately... I'll appreciate it even more when my Instadebit account no longer says you have no available balance.. lol
 
Yeah i guess even tough they are in Costa Rica, they won't count today as a working day... anyway let me know when you'll get paid, it should be pretty soon for you, did they told you a date in your email ? Mine says July 6th.

Anyway wanna know the best one. I registred myself to another RTG casino, King Solomon yesterday and made a deposit of 100$ via credit card (they dont have Instadebit) and won 300$, so i asked for a 200$ withdraw last night, i woke up this morning and it has been approved already ! Yeah i really dont get why some Casinos pays their customers fast and some need weeks to do it.
 
Nope, they didn't give me a date.. because they knew they had already gone past their excuse of 6 days. I will give them until Friday and if I don't get it by then I will be throwing off another email.

Congrats on your win! It's awesome to find a casino that pays that fast! I also don't get why some can pay quick and others drag the process out.. different processor's I guess. (at least that is what I am choosing to believe for accredited sites anyways, which this one was until July 1st).

Will let you know when I get paid... still nothing today :rolleyes:
 
Yeah, so I heard back from em.. denied. No reason, nothing. Just denied. I sent back an email saying you make me wait 2 WEEKS only to tell me it's denied and then don't even give a damn reason? WTF is that?! We'll see what they say, but I am not happy.

Ok, so we won't be hearing back as the mail bounced.. NOW I am worried!!!!
 
I just got the same damn thing. Withdraw Denied, i just send them an email saying pretty much the same thing as you. They made me wait 8 days and now they don't give any reason for the the denial !

The worst thing they changed the instadebit withdraw request for a check via courrier without asking me ! I see this on my account :

they did the same thing to me, now they are sending a check which will cost me $ to cash as my bank doesn't have tellers... so i'll have to go to moneymart or something to cash it. I went to livehelp and while they were very nice and polite I didn't really get anywhere. They could not tell me why my instadebit withdrawl was denied, only that a check was basically my only option and I'm stuck. I was told to go back to livehelp in the morning to ask why it was denied and why I can only get a check as their finance dept. is closed right now. I was hoping I could change it to moneybookers or something, but apparently not. They said the check would take 2-3 days. Regardless, I won't be back I'm afraid. I have online wallets for a reason, I can't cash american funds through my bank and I refuse to open a bank account at another bank and pay service fees.
 
I just contacted live help and they assured me that tommorow they will be sending a check and it will reach me in 2 days. I asked for a tracking number and was asked to come back tommorow that they will have it. Will see tommorow.

Geez just read your message, we are really in the same boat lol.
 
Yup, and the boat SUCKS!!! I want off! lol... I guess it's good that we'll (hopefully) get paid somehow, but why can't we get paid the way we wanted to? I guess even though I'll spend $20 to get the damn check cashed at least I'll have the $ in my hand and I won't be able to blow it all online like I would if it were in my instadebit or moneybookers... still. I just wanna know why, it doesn't make sense.
 
Let me know when you get your check kaynos... I have come down with strep throat and am quite frankly too tired to bother with it anymore. If the check comes, it comes.. lol. I'll fight about it next weekend with them if it's still not here. Also if you're ever able to find out why we couldn't withdraw via an online method... I'm still confused. Thanks.
 
I understand you very well, i'm tired too, but in my case there is 600$ at stakes....

I will contact them later today to see if they indeed send the check and if i can get a tracking number.

I hope they wont come up with another excuse this time.
 
Ok just contacted Live Help and the person told me that the check has been sent (according to the financial department). I should receive an email with the tracking info as soon as they get the information.
 
Got an email saying my check had been mailed and should get here within a couple days. Still don't know why it has to be a check but I guess if it gets here and doesn't bounce I will be grateful to have gotten paid.
 
Havent gotten my winnings

I was playing with these casino for awhile and i win then loose then win again and loose and then win then finally i withdraw my whole winnings and they told me to wait for 10 business days. Yes it's too long.... Finally i got the check suddently they call me and told me that when ii filed a dispute a month ago with a different casino for some reason some of the transactions that i made to there sister company was disputed. So i was getting upset already, so i told them i will give back the amount that they said that was there's which they never gave me any proof of that dispute. I told them why not deduct it to my winnings instead its easier after all evrything is recorded. They become rude and told me that i have to pay first. i said no i wont pay and what? give you guys more money before i get my winnins. It should be fair for both sides.
 
Lord, how stupid are we to keep making contributions to these casinos, and then crossing are fingers in hopes of getting paid, then if we do, we hope that the check will clear? I think it's time to take a break. I am personally owed about 3500.00, once I get it I'm done.I hope all of get paid.
