This is not a single issue but a combination of minor problems.
Over a week ago I got free spins at Video Slots (VS).
The winnings of these free spins needed to be wagered 40x before I could make a withdrawal.
I noticed as I was going through the play-through on the free spin winnings that slots were only counting for about 5%-10%. When according to VS's T&C wagering on slots counts as 100% of the play-though.
I informed VS of this and I have now waited over a week for a reply.
So just then, I tried to contact them via live chat which was offline.
It's likely that the issue with the free spins has not only affected me but every player who has taken the free spins. It essentially means that the play-though on the winnings from the free spins is not 40x but 400x-800x.
But this is not the only problem with VS; the player support is poor too.
- live chat not being available.
- having to wait over a week twice to get my questions answered
- having to harass them for answers
- poorly written, ambiguous T&C
- hard to communicate with live chat, possibly due to their poor English
And I could go on.
I'm a very patient person but VS gets on my nerves. I would still like to see them to succeed but they have to start fixing some of their problems first.
