The solution is simple, uninstall the casino and take your custom elsewhere. Unless this is a clear case of "bonus abuse", this is nothing more than bluff and double bluff, because management want to give themselves better odds for a while in the hope that the player will pursue the "carrot" of reinstatement of bonuses through making further deposits. This strategy only works when there is little or no competition. The double bluff is to move to a different casino that has yet to "bonus ban" you.
