After what has transpired in the following thread:

Given the statements by CM and Max below, it's my opinion, the TonyT email was used as a scapegoat to protect LockCasino.com.
At $7,000US* for a Media Buy per accredited casino, "protecting our interests" (in this case) LockCasino.com is obviously backed up by the CM statement:

The CM forum is filled to the brim with public posts by players (CM Members) who are "not liking" XYZ casino/casinos.
Though when one looks at a case by case issue, the non accredited casinos are permitted to be dragged through the mud. However members posting negative feelings about an accredited casino...Well those thread/posts get jumped on pretty damn quickly, hey
It's CM's forum and he can run it how he likes...
However IMHO any entity which professors to be held in high esteem by both the gaming industry and players alike, and in doing so also represents responsible online casinos. Has and accepts a professional responsibility and obligation to ensure all actions, decisions and judgment calls, are not overridden by personal gains, financial interests or controlled by conflicts on interest.
I've stated many times I do not condone and I find the TonyT comments made to LockCasino support disgusting.
However the fact remains LockCasino.com shared this information with CasinoMeister.com, both CM and Max accepted it; Max has acknowledge it's a practice used here (the sharing of player/CM member information) and this info was posted to a public forum by CM.
If your OK knowing your personal data maybe shared between accredited casinos and CM, good for you. If your OK with what transpired between LockCasino; CM; Max and TonyT that's you choice too.
But for me the line between what's OK and what's not...Is the only thing on TILT here.

* I owned VegasHeatCasino.com and was give a price of $7,000US by CM in 2004 to be listed under accredited casinos. This would apply if and when the casino passed the accreditation protocols.
