I registered to Spin Station casino. Deposited 35$, got 200% bonus. Completed wagering requirements (35x d+b). Managed to got up to 700$ and decided to withdraw. KYC process of course needed etc. But then I got an e-mail saying:
"As per Clause 6.4 of our General Terms & Conditions:
Players must register and play in the currency of their country. If the currency of Your country is not offered, then play must be in EUR. Should players not observe this rule, all winnings derived from the resulting game play will be forfeited.
Your balance has been reduced to the value of your deposits and this has been paid back to your depositing method.
1. Your account has now been terminated effective immediately.
2. You are banned from the group.
If you attempt to open up any accounts on the network all transactions will be voided and deposits returned to you and accounts terminated. A list of sites can be seen by following this link
Kind Regards
Accounts Department"
I had no idea that kind of rule existed. Never seen that kind of rule anywhere else before. I'm from Finland so I should've used euros, but decided to use dollars instead 'cause of my neteller account is in $. To me this just feels like another trap to void players' winnings and I find it very very unfair. What are your thoughts on this matter?
