Hello wobble33. Caruso can't answer you now. I wish I had the time to evaluate the situation and update the list responsibly. And my English is not perfect as well. Can u imagine? I checked to the dictionary to find out what the word "bump" means and found it, yet I can't really understand what it means practically here
Nevertheless I thank you for your feedback.

Its a shame Sierra is not doing a good job. Probably is the best casino site I have ever seen
Sierra Star belongs to the same group with Giant Vegas which has a serious case.
About Hard Rock casino: My personal overall experience is great.
It started strangely but the rep here responded very well. After that, I have done a lot of deposits and withdraws just fine. At some point when I was really lucky and made a series of withdraws, they locked my account (by not accepting deposits) but after some time and contacts, they unlocked me.
They have the british professional support which I like.
One point is that they only accept credit cards and not e-wallets. But like many english casinos they pay back to the credit card in less than 24 hours

    Nice about Hard Rock

I saw a recent thread about a guy asking which casino pays back to credit cards.

I am pretty sure Hard Rock could use this as advertisement. A lot of casinos will not honour that type of payment and I am pretty sure thousands of customers will appreciate that. Even more if its a fact that they will refund your credit card withing 24 hours.

Here in Costa Rica land based casinos will do it, not all of them, but the funds appear in your credit card after 48 hours

    Good For Hard Rock Casino....

Indeed and let me clarify, 24 hours for the funds to appear to the credit card. The process is probably within 1 hour. Many England (or Gibraltar) based casinos have this option also. I remember it as a proven possibility from the big English sportsbook companies. All their casinos brances have this possibility, independently from the software used (e.g. from different software I could mention Ladbrokes, Williams Hill, Eurobet etc). It seems that the European Union banking environment helps such transactions.
From the playtech scene my favorite casino with similar credit card payment is Bet 365.

The word "bump" in this instance could be classified as American slang for bringing up an old issue.

Users can "bump up" a thread in the list (make it more current and/or visible, if you will) by simply posting a reply. I think Bryan's response was because Devo had "bumped" the thread only 4 hours after you had initially asked if this thread would survive without caruso.

In this business, and it's just my own personal opinion, 4 hours isn't a sufficient amount of time to expect a response to a post on this or any bulletin board. People are in different time zones and devote different amounts of time to the board ... a day or two, I could see a "bump", but not in just 4 hours.
I don't abuse bonuses, I just shake the sh!t out of 'em!

Really? Maybe that's just for US players, Bryan. I see that they are directed to a separate software download now at Sunny Group sites. However, the non-US download appears to still be Playtech software. Also, the Playtech banner is still being used on the games preview page.
