That's what I thought also at the first moment!

Ok, let's dream a while: Suppose that casinos could use different software platforms at the same time... Can you imagine 32 Red running also at Playtech ?!?

With the same reliability and the same level of service...
What a better world it would be.

As far as I am aware I am up to date with all flash, windows, java updates etc

    Playtech

I do know some playtech casinos don't play by the rules...

What dissapoints me is howcome Playtech allows people that use their software to incur in such activities.

You can check the meister's evil ones and several playtech casinos as are there. A very drastic complain one who apparently threats customers over the phone.

Any way, I do believe Playtech software is great, better gaming experience than microgaming. However couldn't tell you much about fairness.. but regarding graphics and gaming experience playtech kicks ass.

Just to make a compare them, go to monaco gold and mummysgold and you make the call

    only my opinion...

Smile How this thread is going to survive without Caruso?

I can see right now that Caruso is banned...
But who will update this thread with such a dedication?

Dear admins, I ask you if there is the possibility to selectively permit for a member to be able to post to threads other than the one/s which are responsible for the banning.
If this is possible, give us Caruso back here!

BTW also an update: I mentioned in another thread that I have tried recently the new XXL Club, (russian casino) and received my first withdraw from them just fine.
Other new playtechs: Centrebet, Hi-Rollers casino.
I have tried Centrebet and made a couple of withdraws just fine also but I can't find any comps yet and their interface is confusing (because its connected with their sportsbook).

    Playtech

HHAHA its becoming a trend on bringing back old threads..

As mentioned before... is real sad. Playtech is such an amazing software and provides probably the best gaming experience in the market, however a lot of the companies who run their software are just too irresponsible and should be on the rogue pit.

I knew XXL will be a good one, no one will take that dedication on making such a nice Casino to scam everyone.

Sierra Star its another one that could become something...

Playtech recently went public... Their major stock holders should do something on making sure all their buyers behave in order to keep a good reputation

There is really no need for this since there are enough seasoned players that can make valuable contributions to threads like these.

Thank you Watchdog for the feedback.
I agree with you that the graphical interface is the best and I understand that many new players will be captivated by that.

So the point if this thread is not to repeat it again and again.
This thread should be updated with the new data of any negative cases and work as a guideline to new players.

If you just check the complaint section after this thread (and of course before), you will be amazed with how many players have problems with casinos already listed here. If they had checked this thread perhaps they would had avoided all these problems.
(BTW Sierra Star is on the negative list)

It needs someone experienced with some available time to follow up the negative cases and update as correctly as possible this thread. In the meantime, all experiences from players, especially the negative ones, are mostly welcomed here to be recorded.

Its a shame Sierra is not doing a good job. Probably is the best casino site I have ever seen

...and I'm posting an update of the current Playtech Nightmare List. For some reason I originally missed out African Palace and Indio. No idea why that was. I have also now separated the offending casinos from those "guilty by association" by putting the offenders in bold. Any corrections / comments, please say - I'm more than happy to repost and keep this list as visible as possible.

    Royal Dice

    African Palace

    Grand Banks

    Carnival
    Club Dice
    Prestige
    Playgate
    Diamond Club
    USA New York

All the above 28 casinos have themelves, or belong to the same group that have, misappropriated players' funds in one form or another.

    For Several Years

I thought Monaco Gold was one of playtech's finest casino.

When I learned they were linked to Joyland and Club Dice I was really dissapointed.

It seems that they advertise as Playtech's best casino on the web, however what Playtech seems not be aware of is of the amount of operations giving their fine software the worst reputation ever.

How many Playtech Casinos are out there now days? probably around 50??

And of those $50 Casinos (not counting poker rooms) how many are decent? like 10???

    Its really a shame
