    Exclamation Rushmore Group: slow-pay tactics.

It is with some regret that I find myself compelled to warn our readership that the Rushmore Group -- Rushmore, Slots Oasis, etc -- is routinely stalling player payments with promises and excuses: promised payment dates are seldom honoured and as regrettable as Rushmore's situation may be the excuses are a poor substitute for the monies owed.

Of course most of this is old news to Rushmore players. Over a year ago Rushmore started reporting "processor problems" with US players and claiming that payments were being delayed because of this. Fair enough, these things happen. I think everyone was willing to give them a chance to get things sorted out. Unfortunately here we are many months later and nothing seems to have changed except that the "processor problems" excuse seems to have become standard practice for many, many players regardless of where they are from.

A quick look at our forums reveals the current state of the Rushmore problems: dozens of threads reporting basically the same thing, "processor problems" and the slow-pay run-around. We've taken on a few Rushmore complaints over the past months and they've all been the same story. In some cases players eventually get paid, in some cases they don't but in the meantime Rushmore trots out the "processor problems" excuses and players have to run the gauntlet. This is not a resonable way to conduct casino business.

Of course it's good that some people are eventually paid but in the end that's beside the point. The point is that the Rushmore group is not honouring it's payment obligations in anything even remotely resembling a timely fashion. They make and break payment promises on a regular basis leaving it to the player's patience and persistence if they hope to see their money. We feel players need to be aware of what they are getting into at the Rushmore casinos and that is the purpose of this alert.
