Clubgoldcasino taking forever and a day to pay out winnings

Things have recently gone downhill alot at clubgoldcasino (playtech). The reason im posting this now is because they finally paid my withdrawal, and didnt want to risk on getting it. Withdrawal times ½ year ago used to be around 4 working days. After its been getting longer and longer.
My last withdraw took 1½ months to get paid ,and it was e-wallet withdraw and less then thousand.

Im saying unless they can defend themselves it is quite clear that there are some financial issues with this group. Withdraws don't and cant simply take this long. Im hoping things change , but to this date you could usually get a date when they would pay you. Only to find out that after this date went by they replied that accounting department is trying to pay out as fast as possible, and that unfortunately the payout schedule was re scheduled.

Im hoping they get some new investors or money in, or explain why withdraws take around 1½ month instead of 4 working days.

You should probably have been paid faster if you had posted about it. They have a rep here and since he wants their reputation to remain good, he would have helped you getting paid

I myself play at club gold time to time and their payments is really bad. I made a withdraw 31th oct and got a mail that it would take 4 days but I wanted to be really sure so I talked with their online support and they said that I will get my money 7th nov. Fair enough I said and on 7th nov I checked my neteller and 0 money so I contacted their support again and they said sorry but it will be paid on 10th nov (it was paid on the 10th nov).

I want to hear from their rep what they have to say!

They do frequently pay back to a method other than what I've requested however, usually Visa instead of Skrill, so that's a little extra time. I was surprised to receive a payment Christmas day back to Skrill, it was a day early even!

If you get in touch during their business hours, you can usually get an answer directly from finance.

Little update. On Friday my withdraw was no longer reversable (big plus!) and the status was changed to "waiting". But what I noticed, was that when you take a WR-free bonus offer you are not allowed to play branded or progressive games.
I was very stubid not to notice this, as it was clearly stated in the email where the bonus promotion was sent. I had only red the general bonus terms, where it said these games are exluded only from freebies.

I actually stated this concern with a live help rep, but he said finance department will see trough my gameplay.

I'm really interested see if I'll get my deposit back. Ofcourse I hope I'll get my winnings, but that would be too kind and kind of odd. If I remember right I played mostly daredevil.

Yes,that 96hours is kind of suspicious. But the live rep did say it means 4 business days. And the few people I know that have withdrawn from them recently have got their withdaws processed right after that 4 days.
Mine withdraw was processed after that 4 days, allthough it was cancelled and winnings taken away, since I broke the rules. But still processed after 4 days.

Interesting to see what happens now, that my withdrawal is a bit larger (1000€) and I have not broken the rules.

Hello again. I decided to reverse 120€ from my 1000€ withdrawal, as they offered 300% bonus for that. Thought Id get a really nice playtime for 480€ playing 1-1,5€ /spin. Actually I have had maybe 4 hours playtime for now and I'm up to 650€ (5 scatters+feature on ice hockey 210€). So I am quite happy . BUT I did not red the terms propably from that pop up window wher you accept or decline the bonus. I did notice the excluded games (progressive&branded). But what I did not notice was the wagering requirement: 86x!!!! So just a head ups to everyone who are thinking about taking that bonus .
I did suggested to support quy that it would be a good idea to inform about that wager requirement on the email they sent about that bonus, or inform the player about that when he/her is redeeming the bonus trough live help.

I for one automatically assumed the wager requirement woud be same, as for the last 300% I have tooken (25xdb).

I'm not saying Club Gold is bad. But what is bad: they normally allways include the information about wager to the promotion emails they sent(props for that!). But when the wager is much more higher then normally and when players has to reverse withdraw and wait for his money a longer time. That's when they decide not include information to the promotional email about wager. I think that is kind of odd.

And I'm not mad or anything because Ive lost some money and I clearly know that information about wager is available on that pop up window and it is players pure responsibility to read those terms.

I think you should play only in trusted casinos. CGC seems not to be one of them, as this forum is full of negative experiences of them. Why not depositing in some trusted well-known casino, like Betsson Group's casinos, Mr Green etc.. PAF would also suit you.

Oh.. believe me. CGC is not the only one Im playing .. I'm having just a pit of Playtech month at the start of the year . And Club Gold is offering better playtech bonuses then anyone else. Ofcourse some rogue casinos are offering better bonuses. Still waiting on my withdrawal. I've been informed that payments take longer than four days to process... 96 business hours. Meaning over a week.

I'm on day eight. I've contacted live support and they told me "you're money will be with you any day now" indicating they could take longer than that.
