Clubgoldcasino taking forever and a day to pay out winnings

So after speaking to chat support again. I'm able to clear up any questions regarding the withdrawal processing time frame...

96 Business hours means 12 days.

The withdrawal pending stage is 4 days. While the processing time is 12 days.

thanks; if ever I was in doubt, I'm not now if that's correct..I'd never willingly wait almost 2 weeks for funds

Smcinoz the 4 days pending is included in the 12 business days. Which brings the total to just about two weeks.

Dionysus I made an exception for CG as they have some great bonuses. I play there knowing I'm going to have too wait a long time before seeing the funds :)

that almost makes it bearable :p

id love to know the reasoning behind that many business hour days :what:

I don't understand you guys, why you play on such casinos with so long withdrawal time frame. There a many others casinos where you can receive your withdrawal in hours or next business day.

exacly, did u see other qute, pending 4 days? and prosses 12 days?

wow could of deposit got winnings in my account and had a 2 week holiday in that time and played agin and had more winnings back in the account, I put a small 20 in a new bingo site other day to play machines, I took hundrud quid out on the friday and was in bank on monday, NO I.D nedded, no issues and this is just a bingo site with no big name acchached, Now if they can do do it surley a big casino can sort it out

4 pending days (probably mon-fri also) followed by 12 days/96 business hours is a joke. Over 3 weeks :confused::confused:

Yes it is appalling.

Its amazing what people will put up if they're having carrots dangled in their face every day I.e. juicy bonuses......and casinos like this know it, as many big cashouts would be played back in that time.

Personally I think this modus operandi screams "underfunded" and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Its the kind of operation that has been known to just close overnight leaving players high and dry.

My second withdrawal for $700 is still pending and it's been four days. Customer support just told me the 96 hours (12 working days) is just an approx time frame. That means withdrawals might take longer to be processed.

Still haven't received my first withdrawal.

No, really.

Money received! I'm happy. I never doubted I'd be paid but was definitely concerned about the processing time :)

My only gripe is that cash-outs can obviously be processed allot faster (management did that for me instantly). So what's stopping CG? They have allot going for them: Great bonuses, live help, and an active representative on this forum. They just need to stop living in the dark ages with that cash-out timeframe/rules.

I was a little confused about the payment processing time frame after unexpectedly receiving my cash-out today which prompted me to contact the management (instead of customer support) regarding the general time frame of withdrawals.

Turns out the problem was not Club Gold, the problem was my account.

Turns out another account was linked to mine. From within the same household. My sister actually lives at a different address to mine, although recently she has been staying over on and off. She joined to claim the ND bonus, which I had no knowledge of until today. Below's an email from Dino...

Hello Mark,

I’m glad that you received your winnings and I hope you treat yourself to something nice.

Most of our withdrawals are processed within 4 business days. I am aware that the site says 96 business hours and to some players that may mean 12 actual days.

But we work around the clock with the exception of not processing on weekends. So as a general rule, its four business days.

So you your next question might be then “why did my withdrawal take longer”.

The reason in this instance is because you have linked accounts Mark that have signed up through the same household which generally gives an unfair advantage against all other players regularly registered.

As you are aware, this is against our terms and on normal circumstances we would close your account and all those linked.

However we prefer to have a more realistic approach and actually check how much that advantage has influenced the game play and the players luck (e.g. using the wagering free bonus on more accounts on the same day). If there is nothing indicating abuse then we simply warn the player and keep only one account open.

This entire process however takes more time than the usual which results in the delay.

Unfortunately there are many players that come to our relatively-new casino not always with the best of intentions so it is our priority to ensure that we follow our rules with extensive checks.

Hopefully we will be on the right track and reduce the time frame required for these checks very soon.

Best regards

Dino G

I wanted to post this information too resolve any doubts some forum members may have been having about Club Gold due to my COMPLETELY incorrect posts. I'm extremely grateful the casino didn't void my winnings. They certainly would have been within their rights.

Other members are free to make up their own minds whether I'm a bonus abuser or not :)

All very well, but you are not your sister's keeper, and presumably she is an adult who does not have to ask permission what to download onto her own laptop. This is a weak excuse for casinos to void winnings, so it is good that in this case the casino took a common sense approach in checking to see whether there was an intent to gain an advantage involved. Such a term is not something a player can necessarily knowingly stick to other than by never signing up at any casino "just in case".

The rule may have worked well when this was a niche passtime, and the chances of two adults in the same household both being lured to gamble online was pretty slim. The activity is now so socially acceptable that more than one online gambler in a household will start to become the norm, even though they may not tell one another.

Although new players could ask support about other players in the same household before registering, this may fall foul of the data protection act were support to tell a player that another account has already been registered. For the UK, this may become a problem in a couple of years when all casinos accepting UK players will need a secondary license. The firm legal status of online gambling in the UK would mean that aggrieved players would not be put off making formal complaints where they feel laws were broken. Casinos will have to look at treating every player as an individual, no matter where, and with whom, they live. It will boil down to making sure that where they have two players, there are actually two separate individuals involved.

I have found that many casinos have this term, even the accredited ones. So considering I'm already registered at all the accredited casinos it's been a hassle finding my sister a casino she can deposit at.

I'm under the impression that complaining on this forum has also helped. I am still grateful that Club Gold took the common sense approach otherwise I wouldn't have been paid :)

I think I've found a Playtech casino I can stick to at Club Gold. I may no longer be receiving wagering free invites (thanks to my first big Playtech win) but I'm going to stick with them. They have great business ethics and the manager Dino is a top bloke :)

P.s. Playing there shortly

can you confirm the payout start time from start to finish with this outfit ive spoken to live chat but i would be better to bang my head agaisnt a brick wall ,

live cs will not clarify how long it takes to get a withdrawal , they side step everytime , not good at all , ive asked if i made a withdrawal on monday would i get paid by friday at latest ? the reply i got was four days pending , but wouldnt comment on wether you would be paid friday so i doubt very much it would.

if casinos want you to deposit there they need to show people that they can be trusted & answer straight forward questions like this one.

best of luck to you mrk , but until they can upfront about payment times , dont think i shall be making any deposits there .

I can't understand why players always be blinded by supposedly good bonuses with poor conditions.

Not to mention the lousy waiting time of payments or the promises of customer service representatives.

Sorry, but this casino policy is a real joke.

This playtech casino should stand at the end on your casino list.

I must admit they have some shady conditions with part of their promotions. But for example the wager free 200% offers they had. What part of the conditions was poor?

But they have been going downhill once again. Saying people that 12 business days is the normal period for processing deposits. Previously stated that 4 business days is the normal period.
BS.
Shame, because I really thought they were getting better.
