Casino Complaint Club World Payout

Hi,

This is the first time writing in this forum for me and I do it because I want to get in contact with the support of Club world. I have played pretty much at some of Club worlds casinos and I have been very pleased with the service there until the 20 of april.

I had won a big winning of 6200$ and made a withdrawal, I got the first 4000$(max withdrawal) the first week and then i wanted to make a withdrawal of the rest of the money but got denied. I have tried to make this withdrawal 6 more times but got denied every time even though that the support says it fine every time. I have mailed, called and talked to the live chat and everywhere they say that all looks good. So now I try this way instead to see if I got some answer. Hope for an answer from the Club world represantive. Other then this issue I have nothing bad to say about Club world casinos.

I have just now made a new withdrawal from my All Star Slots account and hope to received the money this time.

Can you provide some more detail? After you were denied, did support give you a reason? What method of withdrawal are you using?

I have my own gripes with the CWC group, but not being paid isn't one of them. They've always made good on payments.

First, stop posting and get in touch with the Club World representative under I-Gaming Reps at the top of this page. Give them a chance to work with you before you post anything else. If you get no response within a reasonable amount of time, contact Max Drayman, the PAB (Pitch a Bitch Mod here at Casinomeister). Spend some time reading the rules here so you can get the most satisfaction out of this site. And, Welcome to Casinomeister!

This seems strange. One either gets paid or not paid but seldom do we hear someone getting partially paid. This is something that CW should have to clarify. Incidentally, you shouldnt play at any of the other CW casinos until this issue is resolved.

I do not know if you are trying to withdraw too soon. I had the same issue on being denied. I was told I must wait the 7 WORKING days AFTER my first withdrawal was completed.

So if you are trying to withdraw too soon, it will deny you. Check the date you were APPROVED/Processed and count from there the working days and you will have a better idea if you tried too soon or not. Just a tidbit that happened to me..hope this helps.

My withdrawals took and average of 12 working days apart to be approved and completed...JFYI
