I contacted the rep here last week as I couldn't get hold of live chat
I did not know there was a holiday which is why I could not get hold of anyone
Chris answered within the hour to assure me I would be paid today
When I did not get my money I went and checked my withdrawal status and found the withdrawal had failed so I contacted Chris and found out it is my mistake
The amount I put in was more than the max cash out
I fixed that and with in an hour of my first email today I was paid!
