Looks like BMO is now disallowing wire transfers from VSO. Tried to withdraw my winnings from Spinata Grande and Dead Or Alive yesterday and the funds were returned. I need those funds to cover my losses this summer so they will not be touched. I'm going to try EcoPays.

I don't know about CIBC. I would need to win money at Slots Million first.

Brian, this seems very fast for funds to be returned/refused by the Bank if you only withdrew yesterday. Did you check with support/finance to see if it was a problem with the info you entered? And have you previously received wire transfers from them? You do have to verify your banking info with VS by uploading a screenshot in order for them to process a bank wire. I assume you probably have, as I recall being a little upset at my first one that I could not request it until it had been verified.

This is not good news for me. I will try to ask the bank if there has been a change in policy as I received four rather large ones less than two weeks ago.

Ecopayz is good, but fees run higher for larger amounts, and you may run into daily ATM limits. The card is $US, so you get nailed currency conversions on your withdrawal(s) too. Since an intermediary bank dings $15 and BMO charges $14, ecopayz is cheaper on smaller amounts.

You can use Instadebit as well for bank transfers at Videoslots.

BMO told me that there was no policy change that they know of. It's possible that it was rejected because I used my tablet to withdraw. I have withdrawn again using my PC. If it's rejected then I could try CIBC. If it's rejected again then I'll have to use EcoPayz or Instadebit.

I wonder if this affects that steaming pile called PlayOLG.ca? Probably not.

And while I have you here. I don't know about the rest of Canadians but I don't get my Tuesday free spins show up in my email until 6 am, and by the time I get up and moving they are gone by 8am. I haven't had any free spins in over a month and the one time I did get them, they didn't load. Today I noticed there was only 2500 available. I tried anyways.lol. Nope. I went on chat. The CSR was absolutely rude and said it wasn't his problem, they all go out at the same time. ( This was a few weeks ago) and proceeded to ask if there was anything else he could help me with. This has been a on going issue, and with the amounts cut back now, I can safely say, forget it? I have been on chat so many times. Not sniveling, but it's become a DO YOUR FREAKING JOB issue with me. That's exactly what i have said so many times.

Lol. That is so true about your last remark. My point was the lack of " gee that doesn't make sense that you receive it so late, lets check it out. Again is it a Canada wide thing? They, being CS, has not made it an issue to even escalate to where it should go. And I do use Gmail.

You have a point there where CS could have escalated the issue to see why your emails are that much delayed. It should not happen.

My measly laptop and normal broad band connection are sufficient to send out appr. 1500 newsletter emails within a few minutes and by the looks of it they are similar in size to the VS weekly FS emails. Why i know that? Within max. 5 minutes I receive auto replies that the receiver's email doesn't exist anymore, automatic holiday responses etc. So the emails have arrived within that time frame.

VS might send out 10 times as many but then they have powerful email servers and a much better&faster broadband connection, hence it should be even quicker than my little set-up.

You know that you can do a transfer from Ecopayz to your bank account? Cost only 10$/EUR/GBP + the fee of your Canadian bank (Thai banks charge appr. 15USD). Question is though if Canadian banks would accept those transfers, worth a try maybe.

My second attempt at a withdrawal went through. Just got the email. I'm guessing I was right that it was due to me using my tablet the first time around and it thought someone else was using it. Really dumb that I can only withdraw from one device. I need to talk to VSO about that.

I still have yet to have an issue with RBC and for the other comment, it most definitely does not affect Playnow (BC's own), received $5500 via interac debit system last night (24hrs), at least we have some decent WMS games.

Ya, Playnow is littered with garbage IGT and Bally games, a couple of the Bally/SG games I can deal with but 95% are non paying junk.

Playnow is pretty decent for speed, as well the RTP's are all listed and the same as any online casino I have played at, payouts are processed next day and I have never waited more than 3 days for the funds to hit my account unless over a weekend, we have a few decent titles, Rhino, Montezuma, Kronos, Zeus 1,2 and 1000, the colossal reel games, a couple from Bally that I don't mind, one is their Rhino knockoff Thunderhorn, have had some decent hits on it.

Jazzy pretty much describes the garbage that is PlayOLG.ca. Then again, what would you expect from the Texas of Canada.

PlayNow looks awesome in comparison. All the WMS the European streamers play are there and there's more of the IGT and Bally. Why can't Ontario give us that?

I use Instadebit and it is by far the best option. The problem is many casinos don't use Instadebit as an option for depositing.
