Made 2 deposits here, previously one withdrawal which was from the monthly fiver. All verified, was processed quite quick. Support, well hmm lol...
Spoke to a bloke going by the name carl this morning, 30 mins after making a withdrawal from todays free fiver. Wagered way more thaj required, spent most the night up on an unusually bonus flowing doa. Managed to make a balance of 140.
My old bank card i think recently got cancelled due to damage and required replacing. I asked good old carl, who was friendly enough and dairly helpful, if he thinks it will reach my account due to the card being replaced. Same sort code and account number etc, he said it should be fine.
But suggested i could register my new card, deposit to activate it etc and then withdraw to that card.
What i didnt notice, was during this 20 minute chat convo where he did have lenghty abscences, the withdrawal had been rejected mid chat session and returned to account balance.
Unsuprisingly he didnt let me know this happened, nore have i received an email as to why that happened. Unfortunately livechat is off now, so i send an email.
Barely had an houes sleep as i wanted to try get it processed to receive it hopefully tomorrow so gambled till the early hours.
So i figure what the hell, ill call the phone number and see whats up. I want a game but bit skint but would happily dosit there now and play a while, if assured id still be able to withdraw anything that i hadnt lost of the current 140 balanve.
Goes to auto choice ie press 1 for deposits and withdrawals press 2 if you want something etc.
So i press 1 with anticipation.
Rings... " ~heavy depressed sigh~ . Chat. " i then shortly explain the situation to the depressed mr chat and without a reply i get cut off/forwarded to a new line. Ring ring.. ring ring.. ring ring.. cut off.
So yeah, dont know what ppl are complaining about regarding service at all...
