After many deposits over the past year at slot madness, I had a cashin in March 2010 and one on Jan. 1, 2011 for $2k.
I submitted all required documentation X2 times. No emails are answered.
Chat Support said it takes up to 30 days to be paid to quicktender.
The only comment regarding payout processing time on the their website states "Due to current banking and processing issues in the online gambling community, we are unable to give an exact date that payouts will be made following approval. In most cases, payments will be made within 7 -10 days of approval; however there could be slight delays from time to time. Slot Madness Casino takes casino withdrawals very seriously and will get our players paid out as quickly."
I hardly see how a payout to an Ewallet can be delayed due to banking and processing issues. The only thing that delays payments to quicktender is them actually processing and transmitting the funds to quicktender.
No reply to emails, 20 days longer to process simple cashins and getting the run-around on documentation submitted including not even acknowledging the receipt of the documents; makes this Casino and Casino Group the worst place I have played in years
