I immediately uninstalled it, because even after 20 minutes of freeplay I had made my mind up I would never pay money to play BetonSoft? games - they seem repetitive and low-variance attritional slots with quick and poor features. I never thought I'd see some games that make St*rb*rst look exciting. I noticed that after uninstalling I had dribbled on my shoulder, probably from where my head was lolling to that side.

Thanks for the offer CM for the members, but at least I learned today there IS worse software than RTG!

I will check in to this thread from time to time but as long as the casino is thinking they are nr 1 of something, and when the rep ignore our thoughts about it, I will not sign up.

I also missed in the Responsible Gaming part somewhere where those who have problems can turn, like GA or other places. That part in a new casino is always what I read first.

Registered fine, promo code accepted no problem, played through the NDB & busted on the first slot I tried.

Overall, I don't mind the look of the site but all the slots I looked at the pay tables for seem low variance and are basically clones of each other.

Netent seems to have flourished recently due to their originality (albeit with a few too many low variance balance eaters recently). There is literally nothing new with this software. It reminds me of the free casino applications you get on iOS / Android. Many slots that are basically the same just to pad the app out.

No RTP info is easily available (or at least I couldn't find any on the pay tables or in the help file) which is an auto red flag for me when trying new software.

The "No 1 casino" rubbish, as has been mentioned by others, is just ridiculous. How the site designers / Reel Spin settled on that is beyond me. Looks amateurish to say the least.

The lack of launch currencies / deposit options also makes it look like a little bit of a rush job. I apologise if that sounds harsh.

I may take advantage of the 150% bonus but, beyond that, there really isn't any reason I can think of why I'd choose Reel Spin over an established MGS / WMS / NetEnt site.

Same here, contacted Live Support and was informed that the Manager would have a look at this in about 12 hours' time. It has something to do with the Netherlands Antilles being excluded from play. In the T&C on the website it states that the max withdrawal is $2,000/week but when you download and are asked to accept the T&C's this states that the max withdrawal is $9,990/month?

Not a big fan of the scatters and the free spin symbols being separate. All that does is add more symbols to the mix needlessly. 3 scatters should give you free spins, period.

I had some good hits. The Yeti game was interesting until it spit out about 30 or 40 crap spins in a row at a buck a pop but any slot game can do that.

Are there plans to add more games any time soon? I found myself scrolling though the list back and forth after only a few games. If they look cheesy I won't bother opening them. Age of Spartans had a nice Thunderstruck 1 feel. No payout on 2 symbols though which helps in TS1.

There's also all the same ID verification hassles that most RTG casinos have. I already have one casino waiting for me to print, sign, scan and send back one of those forms. Well a bit sadden my account still isn't up and running. Yes I know it might take time but my question was what do I need to do to lift the previous self temporary ban that was placed on another betonsoft account earlier this year. I would think the "what" part of the question would have been answered by now, and then from there the waiting starts. He did tell me he would look into it so at least he responded to the original question quickly.

Have not signed up yet, but the whole thing looks rushed to me. As soon as I hit the site I thought it was a Spin And Win sister casino, very similar logo.

Checked out the terms, about us page etc and they are all very vague and are copied from their sister casino word for word. Not to mention the fact that, if you click the terms on the Reel Spin site it actually says at the top "terms page Slotter.com, so a very sloppy and copied code.

I have found out they are based in the U.K and licensed in ......."Do not know"

Sorry... totally unimpressed and after uninstall left them polite feedback as to why that was.
All felt very amateurish and uncool.
Silly concepts and horrid noises, in not very "3D" ...played everything at 9 lines x 2 cents and hardly saw a payout.
And No - I wasn't miffed by Not winning!
Couldn't wait to leave. They asked in survey what might be improved?
