I was also informed I needed to reach the ID requirements in order to withdraw when I was ready too. Unfortunately I am only able to send them emails that do not contain documents or photographs. I have sent simple emails and had a response. But each time I send Docs/picture evidence I get an error notification.

Try opening a gmail account and try sending from there.
If all else fails, fax them to them from a copy place.

Sorry mate. They did show to expire 17/9. Did not know if only valid until this date or on this date. And of course got time difference Also not sure which players are entitled. I should had put please contact support or livechat before playing with codes as well. (they are not my personal codes) But if you went and won they could void it so sorry from me.
