Couldn't agree more.
Ive said it before if you look at the threads regularly you will see the same responses from the same people.
The Reps have a hard time on here answering the repetitive posts, Replying to the constant PMs complaining about bad luck and not getting comps. When they do reply to threads it just opens up more complaints and moans.
There are not many Reps that are active in threads anymore and people wonder why. Take Mark at
32RED hes a great Rep, no where near as active and no wonder when you look at some of the threads he has to answer from same people every few weeks.
To compare Yits to Ben is unfair and to expect him to be replying to PMs every day is wrong. Hes a good Rep but do people really believe the amount of PMs Reps get about stupid things, and bonus seeking etc. that they have time to sit on forums every day answering them all.
Seriously some of the threads and posts in this forum can be really bad at times. Sadly some members no matter what they get just want more. They use the Reps to try and get bonuses that have been refused and think okay then ill post it on here and that way the Rep will see it and ill get my bonus to save the peace.
Its a joke at times some of the complaints and whining about free spins, bonuses, bad luck, rigged slots, pms not been answered instantly etc. etc.
Maybe my post will not be liked but its time people stopped using Reps and abusing them. They do a good job and are here to help when needed.
But over last year or two ive seen them all. Mark , Yits, Andy , Igor , Dieter and the rest being ripped to pieces in some threads and its just wrong Then members have a cheek to slag them off for not being active.
Its Christmas . So is it the end of the world if a casino that's treated you well all year doesnt have best xmas offers. The bonuses and excellent service all year round compensates. Its like Christmas every day.
But sadly people just expect all the time. Everyones got a favourite casino that they thinks great. Do any members send a xmas card to their HQ to say thanks to the staff.
That Rep you do like. Instead of seeking a Christmas bonus do you think maybe ill PM them, not to ask for a bonus but just to say thanks for putting up with me all year and wishing them a merry Christmas.
That poor CS worker that's been getting a bad time all day as some promotion doesn't work. Make their day and say Merry Christmas and speak nice to them and wish them a lovely holiday without complaining.
No guess that's too much too ask . Anyway im ranting as all these bash Reps and casinos for trivial things are almost constant these days. As has been said before if a casinos not to your liking play elsewhere. No need to post on a forum that you've lost your last 3 deposits so are closing your account. Who cares, its your money, feel free to spend it where you want no need for the song and dance.
Maybe I shouldn't post this and maybe ill get a warning. But really think its time people looked at some of the posts they make and think is it really necessary. Do I really need to PM Rep for everything, If CS wont give me a bonus accept that don't Badger Reps.
