I did read that they pay pretty fast, does that also count for the weekends? Cashed out yesterday evening to Skrill (already verified) now 15 hours later still nothing...

No weekend cashouts unfortunately or I would have signed up too
I just had the weirdest ask from a casino to date. Slotsmillion asked me for a photo with me holding my ID. This according to them is to verify my webwallet (I already sent other docs last week and now this request). I can't wrap my mind around it how an earth does a photo of me holding my ID get them to verify my webwallet so naturally it does smell like a sleezy stalling tactic (also the first time a casino has asked me of anything like that).
I know there are many players here who use a webwallet so how about it - did you guys have to provide such a photo?
I sent my docs in 2 weeks ago still havent heard from them havent ask 4 pic yet

I am glad that you asked this question. As a matter of fact, online casinos and betting companies have started doing this a couple of years ago and it is getting more and more common today. Everyone has their first time
This is especially true in the case of ewallets. What gave birth to this practice is simply the old school fraud that has been used in online betting where using ewallets has been the easiest way to create and manage multiple accounts and take advantage of sign up offers as well as place hedge bets.
There was a case in 2012 where a guy in the UK, I believe it was in London, was caught with almost 6,000 fake identities and with the help of ewallets and passport and ID scans, he was able to cheat his way to almost 100,000€ in a year (please don't hold me responsible for the exact numbers, this was few years ago when I lived in the UK).
So, yes, I understand that this comes as a bit unusual request, but it is increased security practice that is becoming more and more a routine in our industry. Please do not see this as a tactic to delay your payout. Please send this in, and await your cash
I hope I was able to answer your question.
Next thing we will be forced coming to their main office in Malta for a full body search and assessment
Slotsmillion please:
- sort out the problems that happen with the free spins. I claim them in the lobby but in the games they should work in they are just no free spins appearing. It's nice that you gave me a bonus in the same value then the free spins, however this is just something you need to fix. I had this problem multiple times now.
- the chat is extremely buggy. I mixes up an old chat session with the current one. Impossible to read!
Hope you get this sorted.
Other then that I like Slotsmillion.

Hey Viking, Happy Friday!!
All right, I know that we got off on a rough start. Let's conclude that "our first date" was not the best. The food was a bit late, the waiter gave us no attention, the wine was overpriced. But there was something there - don't you agree?
We have fixed the lag with the games, we have also beefed up the payments team so things move faster as well.
There is one document missing (from what I can see in the notes of your account), so if you send that in perhaps we can go out on a second date?
After all, it is Friday night tonight.
TGIF!
