Whine and Moan Just lost 11k of winnings at 32red due to "pending withdrawals"

For $10,000 +, I have a much more effective trick; smashing the effing laptop!

If I was in the right mind at the time, I wouldn't smash my phone. I would close the app and never open again for 2 weeks or until i see the funds in my bank account. If only in the right mind psychologically. But when I was winning so much money, my logic and reasoning part of brain went dormant, my fight/flight part of the brain activated and all I could think about was "what if"?!?! Especially when the funds are 1 click away to be reversed and back in your account to continue with the "what if" process for a long period of time, it just makes it 200% more difficult for a weak person such as myself to sit back and wait. Because my logic and reason part of my brain is still hiding in the back of my head.

Ive had the same thoughts 'what if?' I got greedy and lost it all. Now, my thinking has changed dramatically since losing such a large sum. Now I have more respect for money won. This is why we gamble, to win money, whether great or small. We are not here to donate otherwise why put our hard earn cash into something where we have no control over rational thinking?

This whole pending time that most casinos insist on has always frosted my nuggets. Same with resetting the clock on reversals. I wish the Meister would come up with an Accredited Plus category for casinos that don't pull that bullcrap.

I thought about smashing my tablet, but then that means the house wins again haha. I didnt want to give them the satisfaction.

No, the house doesn't win! Your local electronics store does then! :p

That does suck so hard though. If I'd ever won that sort of money and thought I'd reverse I would do anything in my power to make sure I didn't. Laptop, Phone, both arms!

Reverse withdrawal

I feel horrible. I deposited last week $250. Won 4k and cashed out. Later i reversed $200 playing low bets but the slots were hot so i set my bets higher and luckily won another 3k. I just kept withdrawing large amounts and leaving $100 in to play for fun. As i would bust out i would reverse another $100... I called support to ask why are my withdrawals still pending after 3 days? I was told 3k will be processed today (this was monday) another $1800 will be processed next day. The reason being he said that apparently everytime you reverse even a small amount, and you withdraw again, it resets the clock. Long story short, i won over 13k but since pending withdrawals i managed to lose it all except for 2k. And the 2k was just removed from "pending withdrawal". I withdrew on Saturday and today is Friday. 6 days in pending withdrawal.
I know it is entirely my fault and im to blame for this, but i would NEVER have deposited that much if the winnings were in my bank account. This policy of not being able to flush your winnings really really SUCKS!!!!!!

It really blows me away how players in countries where internet gambling is legal complain about not getting paid in days or hours after they win. I read a players complaint today because he had not received his winnings in 12hrs over a weekend. He made a posting about every 2-3 hours he still had not been paid. The customer service was from inetbet Eu . They e-mailed him on Monday I believe the first working day explaining there was a problem with Neteller I believe he was told that the problem was being retified shortly but he still kept posting every few hours complaining. He got his funds in a few days after requesting the withdrawal.

Here in the US it is very seldom to get paid in less than a week. The casinos seem to think since your from the US they can always jerk us around from 5-10 business days or more. It is a joke. They can send the funds always under a week if they choose to do so. When they do the paperwork involved to do the wire transfer we would receive the funds within 1 day . But they try to make it seem like it is our banks that always hold us up from getting the money quicker.

It is so obvious that they just hold up the money so we do just exactly what the player in the quote did.

mina, still no news from 32RED???

I received a long email with logs but as soon as i read the part "our payments team will process all cash-in requests that have been in a pending state for 24 or longer" I stopped reading. Going through the logs will prove nothing as stated above, 24 hours or longer.

As i expected mina. Not once did any of the 32RED guys give a clear answer in all the threads we had now regarding the latest changes and as i see now neither in personal messages to the players. So much for transparency and "player satisfaction is our top priority" (as they claim)

- no real answer why your withdrawals were kept pending for so many days
- and neither a clear answer if partial reversals and re-withdrawals re-trigger the 24hr pending period.

Well, i got one more time disappointed by them just a few days ago. i deposited some 17.000$ in January with a net loss of over 8.000$ (partially due to the reversals and probably indefinite pending of re-witdrawals) and had about 2500$ in comps including the DOTD matches. So i asked them for a monthly account review whether i could have a few extra comps considering the high losses and that i only had about 15% in comps so far. Got a very clear "NO" but he "managed" to top up my rubies!!!!!! A rubies top-up for 17.000$ in deposits!!!!!! Again so much for "player satisfaction is our top priority". I asked then for a further deposit match as goodwill, even that was declined.

So for me they have become one of the worst when it comes to extra chips, even with 1000's in deposits and losses. And nobody should tell me now that they have a great DOTD promotion. The daily matches are lately 2 x 10%, 3 x 25%, 1 x 50% and 1 x 100% / week, that is a max. 390 chips on deposits of 1400$, pretty low for online casinos and nothing special any more.

And to top it all off, the 100% matches are always on Thursday when they well know that most players will claim and play it only late afternoon after work, meaning that any withdrawals will be pending until Monday!!!! Hence, more reversals and less to pay out.

I totally hear ya. However one thing that was made clear was that if you make subsequent reversals, your original withdrawal will be untouched and any reverses you make will be taken from the most recent withdrawals. If you reverse the entire amount and withdraw again than yes the clock starts again.

As far as why there were such delays in processing the pending withdrawals I can spend several hours reviewing the logs but I know at the end of the day nothing will come out of it so why bother.

Valuable lesson. Don't touch your withdrawals no matter how long it takes to process. If you really must play than make a fresh deposit but don't reverse. IN my experience a fresh deposit it redeeming points has a better chance of winning than reversing withdrawals.

Am I still depositing at 32red? Of course I am. I have been busy depositing at other casinos but still come back to 32red. They got me hypnotized.

Still makes me wonder why only 100$ was paid out of my pending reversals and the rest was left pending for another day.

As far as why there were such delays in processing the pending withdrawals I can spend several hours reviewing the logs but I know at the end of the day nothing will come out of it so why bother.

That is why i said, so much for transparency. No clear answer, let the player figure it out, will keep him/her busy for some time.

Or better, do not deposit at casinos with no flushing and pending periods. Play at those with instant or near instant payouts. The others will feel the pinch and might change their view on pending periods.

Am I still depositing at 32red? Of course I am. I have been busy depositing at other casinos but still come back to 32red. They got me hypnotized.

I was too, for 3 years..... but now i am completely "de-hypnotized" .....won't be a regular anymore, that is for sure and as for deposits, well, i might have a go when the 100% match is available.

Hate the reversal bit also.......and I don't play at any casino that does not allow flushing and has reversible cashouts.......sure 32red is still awsome and reliable but I make my rules for my money deposits and withdrawal convenience and not they...Period

LOL....I noticed that too! I only usually play weekends, and today 32red had a poxy 10% up to £$20 (didn't even bother taking it) Nedplay 100% up to £25 (but that's only as it's my first deposit of the month) and Golden Lounge had ZERO % on their silly roulette wheel thingy. Ironically I bust at the first 2 but made a nice £220 profit at Golden Lounge where there was no bonus.

As for the bullcrap about pending periods:

PENDING PERIODS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ADVANTAGE OR BENEFIT TO THE PLAYER, ONLY THE CASINO CAN BENEFIT FROM THEM!!

Bullcrap 1: Rogue casinos offer bonuses to reverse - I wonder why?
Bullcrap 2: Rogue casinos will not allow deposits while a cashout is pending. I wonder why?
Bullcrap 3: "Saves the player depositing again" Utter shite. If the player has a budget of £100, deposits £50 and wins a bit, then they can make an informed decision whether to deposit their remaining £50 from their payment method so as to not slow their withdrawal down.
Bullcrap 4: The banking interface will ALWAYS make you aware (if trying another deposit after winning) of that tempting pile of cash in the pending state - that's what they want you to see. They know that if you dip into it, there's a high chance that 'minus' on their balance sheet will be neutralized as you spunk the whole lot.
Bullcrap 5: If the deposit that created that win in your pending account was the only one you could afford then your decision to cash-out should be respected.
Bullcrap 6: Flushing costs a casino absolutely bugger-all! It can be automated so if no weekend CS/finance present all it does is remove a withdrawal from the player's banking interface and goes in the queue for Monday when the cashier comes back to work. It doesn't mean the casino has to do anything straight away. All MG Viper clients have the facility to flush via CS if the operator chooses it.
Bullcrap 7: Casinos can fully automate the cashout system for webwallets (Like Paddy power/Redbet etc.) so a VERIFIED player can be paid instantly 24/7 with no staff intervention necessary. NO excuse to pend that.....
Bullcrap 8: Pending periods are only there to ensure the money 'burns a hole in your pocket'. It ensures that this cash can only be spent on impulse back at the casino, and not on impulse down the local TV/Computer store or travel agents...
Bullcrap 9: If any casino claims this is a 'benefit to the player' it says a lot for their integrity.
Bullcrap 10: Roll on the day when the LGA's in your country make flushing instant and compulsory. If you win and want to carry on playing, simply keep part back and withdraw the rest. No need to keep it all in pending as a 'favour to the player'.

It's Bullcrap 9, that irritates me the most!!

I was told exactly that. The latest changes have been introduced to increase player satisfaction and it will not only benefit Club Rouge members but also tiers below it. Haven't seen one single thing that did that.

For me pending periods are pure predatory behavior, no matter what the name of the casino is, and also borderline rogue as it keeps the winnings, the player has won fair&square and requested to have paid out, on hold for 24-96 hours for no legitimate reason.

Casinos should move with the times. The landscape's changed now. We have automated instant banking nowadays and each year a higher proportion of casinos offer little or no pending time and with no small part played by feedback gleaned from forums like this. We see reps come on here promising even quicker payouts. If you go to GUTS they have a banner proclaiming 'we are shortly introducing machinery to make our payments even faster' or words similar. Yet they were as quick as hell anyway. Why any site wants to go against that trend and actually make them slower God only knows. This is a general opinion by the way, not about 'number-colour' although they seem to come up in this discussion quite a lot because ironically they were one of the pioneers of the fast cashier system.

People in general are accustomed to instant communication nowadays, as well as instant banking and shopping. If I can order a DVD from Amazon Friday and have it arrive Saturday (or even Sunday in some areas) then if I play at a casino Friday I want my winnings Saturday, not next bloody Tuesday or Wednesday. If they can't deliver it next day I'll buy from someone who can. Personally I use debit card, so am always prepared to wait a couple of days so the pending is slightly less important to me, but if I go back to Skrill I will reconsider where I deposit.

I know! 32Red is a listed company, pure and simple, they want to keep their shareholders happy! (Mind you, I don't say I agree with it; advertising that they are (still) second to none no longer applies IMO).
