Money received ~12 hours of waiting.
This is nothing, taking a fact that WD was requested at night.
Also support told that for small WD docs not needed, but i have sent at same time when requested WD, and already verified.
Everything seems quite very good, i like!
and must admit super friendly live chat team :) Spoken with 3 different persons - all very kind and loyal.

What wd method did you use homerbert?

I hope it wasn't CC, as I did mine 21hrs ago and still haven't received it. I didn't expect to this early, but curious to know if you also did CC, why the time difference?

After reading some of the feedback here thought i would give them a try they emailed me an offer for 100% bonus + 50 starburst & 25 gonzos quest free spins, deposited and its taken half an hour so far to try get the free spins for the offer, chat advisor hasnt responded for over 10 minutes now.


*Got the free spins finally, lot of connection issues but that may just be my net playing up. will see how it goes

I received my 25 spins on gonzos with out hassle today, Logged in ask chat they said need a deposit, Did that and bang they was there, All smooth as was my last deposit, I have took out a small amount today to test (debit card) I will keep thread alive with how long it takes,

exact same problem im having, i have checked on other sites and the games working fine only on hello am i having issues, guess will have to try firefox but between the inital issues and this im not having much fun at the moment :(

Tried firefox, games wont load at all. annoying me now losing money on broken games :/
 
Just tried demo mode and all good, Try logging out and testing the games, If work ok than must be some server issues for real play,

Yes demo mode is working fine for me also, so no idea whats going on, just going to leave it for a bit and if its a netent server issue hopefully they will be fixing it

I do not know exactly how it works either, But so much for change browser ect and the normal rubbish we are normally told, I get this on a few sites and give it abit of time and all sorted,

ok from what i see here theres no point in changeing browser thanks just have to wait and see will try again in a couple hrs

I kept getting "game not available" and "session timed out" but the Chat rep manually logged me out of the casino and when I logged in everything was perfect. This also happened before at Vegas Berry a few months back and I believe they use the same servers.

But I was surprised at the 25x bonus wagering, it has to be one of the lowest WR out there especially where Netent slots are available. If this casino wanted to it could give some of the established names here a run for their money.

It's just a pity I cant play Microgaming slots due to the licensing or I would play more.

Certainly a contender, I no a few sites with the 25x PT but as you said no netent, This is how bonus should be, Even live help seem to no more than most other sites,

MG works fine for me (U.K) and games running great

They did run for me too but I'm wary of playing them, in case I win big and my wins get voided due to playing games I'm not supposed to.
I did't see any UK Gambling Commission logo, which is on prominent on every UK licensed casino, even the dodgy ones . I also don't see the license specific terms like players funds being held in a separate account etc.

Hopefully the rep can confirm the casino holds a proper license to operate in the UK.

Told the live chat operator that other players have received the free spins, and I was told I had to receive an email offer for them, then I was told the promotion was for last Thursday! :eek2:

Not liking this obviously incorrect information if other players are receiving them after I deposited. :mad:

Still no response from the rep on this matter.

I've decided not to deposit at Hello Casino any further until I hear a response.

I would normally have given the rep until after the weekend to respond before commenting here, however I noticed he responded to another member in another thread yesterday, so I can only assume he is avoiding my questions.

Maybe I need to start my own thread with a 'warning' so I can get a response. :rolleyes:
 
The mg games worked fine for me also, and the netent ones are working again. I lost all my money though i suck at gambling. Money aside not sure if i would play here again there are just other places where support etc have been better.

Daniel got my 55 free spins sorted out thank you Daniel. Won $30 from the free spins, busted out on Thunderstruck. Deposited $100 and received the 100%. Busted out again :(
Checked my cc statement and was charged $38 on my $100 deposit. finally realized it was a $US currency as they have no $CAD currency. Won't be depositing again as the exchange rate is way too expensive.
