hi everybody.
on october 2006 i cashed out 2300$ from imperial casino, (a member of the "grand-virtual" group) .
although i sent them all the forms and documents they asked for i haven't recieved the money yet. after a while they remembered to ask my Neteller screenshot so i sent them and this is what they wrote me on the 8/4/07:
"Dear Shirley,
Thank you for your reply and for sending the NETeller screen shot.
We apologize for not being able to reply to you sooner, however expect
you to regain the ability to cashout again shortly. Thank you for
your patience during this holiday weekend.
Kind regards,
Customer Care Team"
i cashed out for the third time after i recieved this email and now, more than two weeks later they still haven't paied me.
my last email remined unreplied.
