I'm still convinced it's processing issues.
I haven't played in a while and didn't take their 200% offer either. They are probably the only site I take a bonus with.

I have literally give up on 90+% of sites I used to play at. I just cannot be bothered trying to read the constant updated terms. Shit promo and every thing else that comes with it.

I give up on ewallets (skrill) also after they hold on to that ghost withdraw for 17 days, Happened again with my bank at the same machine (will tell you another time why I used that machine again) but instanlty the bank added it straight back twice, So why could not skrill see this when happend with them???
I have been using skrill for withdraws from VS, This gambling lark is becoming a knightmare. Constant rule change, errors, stone cold bonus, long withdraws. For weeks now any withdraw has been minutes or just hours, Do I need to mention the casinos. VS would of got a few small deposits today but my limit ran out on my card and had to put card details in again, Would of took me less than one minute but like I said I just cannot be asked, I will do tommorow or somthing but today I just sorted my folders on my computer instead.

Just to clarify, most of our players are paid out within the day of withdrawal and the funds are back in their bank account within 3-5 working days.
There are a few exceptions, where a player has hit a total withdrawal limit of more than £1500 and we carry out enhanced KYC checks on the player before we payout anymore funds to the player. Once these are passed then the funds are approved and they go back to the normal payout approval process.
We've had an issue with some of our skrill players who have not updated their address details and we therefore had to carryout enhanced kyc to prove their new address etc.
With the Euro cheque player on Friday, we sent the funds to him directly yesterday. To clarify withdrawals limits it is a maximum of £2500 through most cards but certain MasterCard and MasterCard International only allow us to return £100 a time back to the card through Worldpay.
We did in July and August have a number of issues with Worldpay which has taken a very long time to sort but these are now all sorted and have been for a few months now.

So all the complaints on here recently are players who either have just suddenly hit the £1500 mark or have failed to update addresses on Skrill? Thats a bit of a coincidence. Why does it take you a week or more to inform people of this (or not as I haven't seen anyone post they had been told this was the reason) and do anything about it?
Regarding the cheque, why did you send him a cheque for £100, theres no £100 limit on cheques?
