Not 100% but I don't think that their rep on here is very 'active'

I recall reading a number of Lucky 247 based threads, mostly complaints on here over recent weeks but do not recall any public posts from their rep?

Give it a couple of days and then maybe seek advice from one of the mods or more experienced members here
