I'll cut a long story short of my pleasant experience here. I deposited money here and didn't really pay attention when looking at the T&C.
Shortly put, I played this and that and some of the games I played were disallowed in the T&C. I got to ~500€ on my deposit on games that were disallowed, and started playing Twin Spin, and hit a 972€ win. So, the casino rep livechats me around the time I am 1000€ balance, and tells me of my error.
So, I've read the horror stories here and thought to myself that I'll be getting my deposit back along with a closed account and a really bad week or two thinking of my f**kup. I thought some of the restrictions (now that I read them with thought
) were kind of silly, but instead of complaining I just thought that I'm an adult, rules are rules and I'll just be polite and suck it up and chalk one up to the experience column. So I just said that I'm sorry and I didn't mean to gain an unfair advantage or anything.
Instead of being meticulous and enforcing their rules to a tee, the CS rep also concluded that I didn't try to cheat and instead of canning my ass out and sucking up the 1000€, they deducted the actual winnings gained from playing the games that were listed as disallowed, and adjusted the WR accordingly. I ended up witdrawing almost a thousand euros afterwards.
I thought this is the best example of fair play and being nice to customers that I've encountered personally over the decade I've been spending money in these places. I've been contemplating quitting slot playing for a while now, but for the time being I will be gambling here if I do gamble, because technically they had all the right to confiscate everything. Friendly customer service and ***actual fair play***.
