There is a brief lag whenever moving from one spot in the casino to another, but I feel this is for a reason, as whenever I get into a game, where it counts, there is NO lag, no balance flashing, and no issues stopping the reels along to the beat of the music when I choose to. I am guessing this is not EveryMatrix?

Anyway now I know you do I signed up. But must say its probably just me but for such an easy sign up page I was getting in a real mess lol. Having this separate line each time to put details in is just so different from what im used to and I had to restart twice as was getting it into my head id put info in wrong bits.

No worries I got there in the end, my fault not your sites.

Quick question tho, I was reading you are sister site to Guts so taking it both sites run similarly, If so how come you have got all the new games as would have thought if Guts cant add them at moment then you wouldn't be able to? Daft question I know but that's me lol.

Initially when we first launched we did not accept UK players whilst we completed our soft launch but after 3-4 weeks of going live we started accepting UK players. :)

Just to clarify we are not a sister site of Guts, as we operate completely independently but we do currently share the same license, so essentially we are currently operating as a white label.
Also Guts are currently on the EveryMatrix platform whilst we are the first operator on the iGamingCloud platform. Hence, why we currently have different games.

I am from the UK. I have to say, first impressions were brilliant, loved the sign up page, easy and straight forward.

The live chat page was a bit annoying as it did not fit properly on my screen so I had to make a workaround to actually see what was being said by the operator or myself!

However after depositing I was very frustrated and disappointed because the games played really badly.

I played Reel Rush for a while but every spin took about 10 - 15 seconds to complete. It was driving me mad because it takes the fun out of it, and it is so annoying to lose that way. Deposit went pretty fast. I am pretty sure it is not my internet connection either as I then went and played on another site which worked fine.

I have a quick bonus question.

If I deposit and accept a bonus, then win while using my cash balance, could I then forfeit the unused bonus and withdraw my cash winnings or is everything tied in?

I cannot see it anywhere in the bonus terms, and on live chat was told 'Your cash will be used first, but since everything is within a pot when accepting a bonus, you wont get any winnings if forfeiting the bonus.'

I just want to double check that is correct as that seems a little unusual and if so I won't use a bonus when I deposit!! :eek2:

Hey,

If you enter a bonus code when depositing, you must complete the required wagering before you can withdraw your bonus along with any accumulated winnings.
If you prefer to play without such restrictions you don't have to claim the bonus and can always contact me if you feel that your recent play should be rewarded. ;)

Can't judge a casino on 10-12 deposits for luck but seriously phil, support staff working for a casino should know what RTP % is

Tell them to create an account here and make them spend some time reading.
I know other casinos that are doing that and their staff do know more than most.

I can for sure say that this forum isn't so well known as many think it is, and especially not amongst support in casinos.

Not a bad idea, but i don't think any casino would pay their staff to comprehensively read forums

But a manual of regularly used words and their meaning should be given to them at their start date, just like when a company recruits u they give u a little book to get to know ur job better and kinda questions/problems u might face

Anyway, having played more I have some more feedback regarding the site.

I have made lots of deposits in the last few days, and generally the site feel is good, very good.

I cannot say anything about withdrawals yet as I am on some insane losing streak I just cannot get out of.. Lost hundreds there yesterday keep trying to turn it around but can't :mad:

Is there a hot/cold metre for the slots anywhere, as I quite like those :)

But yeah, not many errors, and support are always there. The interface is nice too.

The one poor point for me is paying for visa deposits.. I know it is not a lot of money but it seems to be becoming the norm which I am a little afraid of!

All good otherwise so far :thumbsup:
 
Yes the site is one of the best if not the best out there, Help is 2nd to none, I agree about the losing streak I had a small deposit the other day and built a nice balance for what I put in, Cut a long story short £135 playing 30p spins across a number of machines, A few 50p presses and NOT 1 bonus round, I did get a wild desire but paid 0,

Credit where's due low as we all no how they can turn around, & not long back I received an email with some free credit so went & took a look, There was £10 sitting in my account & managed to get balance over £100 after wager, I lost my bank card but had the option to do a bank transfer, Sent in a screen shot of my banking screen and live help approved it quicker than lighting, There was a bit of trouble due to putting in numbers in wrong place, But again help reflected thisand cash in my bank a day or two later,

There is a small charge, But so far live help and reps on here have been that good than you cannot put money on that kind of stuff, So a very small price to pay to no your in good hands :) + the hassle free gaming
