The money hasn't arrived as of yet, so I'll update how long it takes in total, I was told 1-3 bank working days, this is day 3 so hopefully tomorrow at the latest

We was hoping to get the PNG games out the door at the end of this month but that's now looking more likely to be the first or second week of April.
Williams Interactive games should then follow a few weeks later.

But now I can't get any slots to load. the backgrounds load then I just get a big grey square where the game should be and a message "The operation timed out."
Also, 'Live chat' won't load. so I can't even contact CS

Finally managed to make a withdrawal request.
My account was verified when I made a previous withdrawal. But as I used Neteller to deposit this time, I needed to upload a new verification.
So I uploaded a screenshot from my Neteller account. Apparently verification is done in 1 to 3 hours. So an hour later I checked my account, only to find that the verification had been rejected. and it says to upload again.

Chat is still just producing a blank window when I try to open it, So I'll have to email them to find out what's wrong.

Shouldn't they be emailing me to say the verification has been rejected, and what the problem is?
Or do you have to find out for yourself that it's been rejected by logging in and take a guess what the reason is?

I went on holiday for a few days but I am now back and ready to answer questions.

In regards to PNG I have just spoken to our tech guys and we are slightly behind with the integration but I am hopeful that we should have the games live and available at the end of the month.

Sorry for the delay in response here.

Regrettably we encountered some technical difficulties over the weekend with our server providers, which resulted in some lag and unwanted downtime.
The issues that caused these problems have been investigated as a matter of priority and we have now found a working solution. As such I am confident that things will now be much more stable for you.

tried the new game ... the MG game rabbit in the hat was very laggy phil...

specially when there is the hat appear on last rell the reel spin for ever ...

then the hat dropped and the spin complete happened a lot times
