I'm not a darned bit sure I agree with the circumstance that every honest players circumstance is different, at all. I understand it's hard to get money into the US from gambling sites now, but as an offshore gambling site that allows US players (only legacy now apparently) they have an obligation to pay according to their stated policies. Approved in two days and there's a rough statement that it might take a week or ten days to get your payout in the US.
While I was speaking to the rep on the phone the other day we also discussed my safe balance, which I wanted moved to a payout so that it was ready to go. This was done, and we talked for a while, and there was absolutely no indication given that the problem was on anything but their end. That's fine, but you can't just have 1 option in business, you need a reasonable plan B to keep your customers happy for payouts and deposits if you have this kind of activity occurring, that seems obvious. Other sites manage pretty well in comparison now, though it used to be harder.
I really appreciate not being bashed here because I don't post much. I think I'm doing a fantastic job holding my temper.
To give everyone a better idea of the magnitude of how pissed I might be, but am trying to be calm about, here's a screenshot of what I am NOW actually owed and have not received, starting Jan 7 2016 request.

Okay. After seeing this SS, there are a few things that make me pause, OP. Where are the WINNING SS? What games were played? I have to say that this new amount has me puzzled since there is rarely a time that a player wins this rather significant amount at 3Dice --and we players are not aware? We don't miss much is all I'm saying. You have not made Ziets? You are not in any rankings? There is no chat history between you and the reps? Can you verify any of this with email communications? I admit, I have never had this level or amount of W/Ds pending but it seems odd that there is no history in between W/Ds in your cashier. There should be movement of funds between your safe and your player account. I am not accusing you of anything, I am merely asking simple questions.
The issue here is that no one from 3Dice is responding, or even reading, this thread, though they've alerted to it. That's not cool. Mixed with the inability for other players to deposit, it seems logical to infer that they're having issues with cashflow and processors, and yet again, they say nothing on the forum.
Blackjack, poker or other table games wouldn't show on the zeitgeist, just a more general RTP, right? And remember, this is now months ago, not 10 days. Also, if he didn't move money to the safe, why would there be any transfer? I frequently get up, move money over to W/D, and keep playing with an existing balance. If I'm up again, I withdraw again rather than cancel the 1st wd and consolidate them, because that slows the wd process down IME. I have played with them for many years, but haven't ever - once - used the chat feature, it's just not my deal. And in short, you ARE implying this is somehow on him. But one look at his accumulated loyalty points tells you he was playing quite a bit.

EDIT: Also.... I do not see the fees associated with the Bank Wire in the SS of OP's cashier page. I am not saying that this SS is fake. I am saying that this SS does not include details that are listed when I make a W/D.
OK, so does anyone else think it's odd that 3Dice would release their live support chat records (with regards to this situation, or ANY situation) to an unrelated party who happens to post on Casinomeister? One of the things one looks for in finding a safe place to play is discretion, isn't it? Having had several nice (for me, not nearly as nice as what we're talking about here!) withdrawals I TRUST 3Dice unequivocally, but this is messed up and the only reason why I'm commenting after a year or two of never having to comment about anything; know why? Because I play exclusively at 3Dice and Slots.lv, both outfits that have proven trustworthy. But because I "like" them doesn't mean they can't go south, unfortunately. Given that I haven't been able to deposit in the last few weeks (even though, seriously annoyingly, some Americans apparently can, daily) REALLY doesn't help my trust issues.
The lack of communication, even if it's just to reach out and say "Hey, we hear you, we're looking into this," to the rest of the community is pretty dismal. When you're talking about someone saying they haven't received thousands of dollars? It's worse than dismal, it's scary. We all know how fast things can go sour in this business.
Also, in regards to Kelly Jo's eta, my records show that 3D only shows any fees once the "Check has been sent." No money, no fees.
Not from what I'm aware....3DICE has a rep here did you try contact with them first? It is a requirement here on PAB that you try them first?

Just a thought to what might be happening here.
Right now US has people brokering peer to peer deposits. 3 Dice does not see that money. This is money they do not have to pay out however no US funds are being paid in.
Now EU and Canada people have a way to deposit and withdraw so unless they use those funds to pay USA - which means transfer t USA dollars and USA banks to then transfer to USA players.

I know the situation for our US players currently is frustrating at best. We've had ample depositing issues for the US the past few months, and are still working hard on resolving that. It turns out that the combination of not being prepared to lie to banking and processing partners, the current financial climate, and some of our long term partners backing out make it quite a challenge to get this situation under control.
At this point in time the only promise I can make is that we are working diligently to try and resolve this situation, but with the number of external factors involved, making statements about the time-frame for this is unwise. And while undoubtedly frustrating in its own right, the same goes for accepting new US signups until this is resolved.
That said, our current US players are, as always, being very supportive and understanding, so .. thanks guys for that. I really hope to have better news soon,

Agenda? Oh no, you got me! I most certainly do! I asked those questions of Matt and put his feet to the fire because he hasn't protected himself as a player. I get tired of seeing information that contradicts the overall situation. I even get somewhat frustrated when basic information or verification is not present. I don't care WHERE I am playing or how much I trust the individuals that work where I choose to play, I ALWAYS PROTECT MYSELF as much as possible with screen shots, emails, live chat history, etc. It is EASY to break down a single SS of a cashiers page ESPECIALLY when the SS exposes ambivalent actions taken by the player. I said in my original post to this thread and I will say it again: As a player, I feel genuine concern for OP's situation. I also have a great fondness for 3Dice. I hope this gets resolved with a quickness. My comments on individual posts within this thread do not change my overall feelings regarding this situation.
