Slotobank, returning withdrawals to my balance with no explanation.

I have played at many casinos and have accounts at over 50, never before have I had such issues as I am having with bloody slotobank. I won £700 about 6 weeks ago, sent all my docs in etc, and requested a withdrawal, checked again a few days later and the withdrawal was back in my balance, live chat told me they had payment maintenance issues and to request again the next day they do payments, (only on mon, wed and fridays, bizarre in itself) so off I go and request it again, this has happened 8 times now, I request it, it just gets returned to my balance, live chat as useless as a chocolate tea pot, just tell me to request it again, no explanation apart from maintanence issues and basically fobbing me off.

I have sent a message to the rep on here but surprisingly (!) ive heard nothing back, I am stuck what to do next, im going round in circles and wasting time chasing and requesting withdrawals that never happen.

I had a quick search through the threads and see that its not just me this has happened to, so I look forward to any advice that anyone can impart.

i have had same shit from this idiots.
Push live chat, and try to know did they get your documents? Did documents approved? Did your documents received by support? My problem was that they ' did not get it' (previcious agent on day before told that they get it). Actually you in very bad standing. Push live chat support EVERY HOUR. Every stupid hour, ask what with your withdrawal, when it will be paid, did everything ok. For me it is worked, and i got 100$ payment in about a week of such shit. Also they pay only Monday/Wednesday/Fridays.
Try push them, no one else can help.

Blimey, ive just received the max withdrawal, back to skrill, which is good but have spent loads of time this morning posting about the shits here there and everywhere, maybe they are watching!

Wow, and I thought that there is chance of redemption for this casino. I couldn't be more wrong.

They pull a stunt like this on daily basis. Internet is full of similar complaints. Disgraceful. Casino to be avoided at all cost.

I'm suprised that everymatrix/oddsmatrix let them do this. It's hurting their reputation. Many players may think that every oddsmatrix casino is like that.

i wouldnt of thought that oddsmatrix wouldnt approve of there casinos not paying players

Yeah, I'm disappointed too.

Oddsmatrix is no longer trustworthy in my opinion. They seem to go the same way as playtech, what a shame.
Netent used to have high standards for using their software. That times are gone.
