Jackpot Capital Caught in procssor issues?

I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with Jackpot Capital withdrawals being issued? I made a withdrawal on the 2nd of August and it is still pending. Not even approved. I contacted both the casino rep and customer service and it seems they are having processor issues now. Has anyone else been caught in it this past week and a half?

It would have been nice if they would have at least warned us players as the other casino rep did about this issue so we would not have played until it was resolved. Now funds are caught in the net until they figure out how to resolve the mess.

Do you mean 2nd of August WD was made? If it was July, I'd be really pissed at JC!!

I have not been able to even deposit at Jackpot Capital since the credit card fraud debacle. They just say there is a problem with my account, but it is the processor that refuses the deposit----so maybe it WAS their processor that caused the fraud in the first place---who knows.

Please note that issues which have caused a delay with one of our payout methods, has now been completely resolved.

Furthermore, any outstanding payments have all been sent off to our dear customers.

Thank you for the update. It would lessen concern on the players side if the reps would own this issue and let players know instead of keeping them in the dark for MANY days. We would not have to continue to bother the casino as often if this was made known up front. I waited 5 days before becoming concerned, and if this was posted, I would not have had to worry as much (because I know I would ultimitely be paid) and the worry and bother would be lessened. Just a suggestion next time this should ocurr. Thank you!
