I used to play Money Storm all the time out at Lac Leamy. I wonder if they can be sued. :p

Even though its a clone of the other Pampers casinos, I'm still seeing what happens when I play with them.

Previously, I played with the free chip at alwayscool (another one of the pampers based casinos), where I found out later that the free chip they give can't be withdrawn (there's a learning experience ... read those terms and conditions!) Since I don't have a bankroll of any kind to play but don't like playing for play money, I'm stuck looking for free chip offers. This one sounded "too good to be true".

They didn't have a listed wagering requirement, but I fully expected there to be one. I didn't expect it to be a 70x playthrough, and there never was one actually displayed on their site while I was playing (that's what it was when I did my math as I played, they at least have a percent display letting you know how far along you are). I also read that the bonus chip given to you may not be withdrawn, but any *EXTRA* winnings may. As luck would have it, I turned their $300 chip into $450, and now I'm sitting in their support forum going through the documents they need for me before I can get my withdrawal of the remaining $150 done.

While I've heard nothing but bad things about the pampers family of casinos, I'm hanging on to see if there's a chance to get these winnings and actually start a bankroll for my gaming.

Which is why bad casino's stay bad, and so many players have very little right to complain when bad things happen as they walked with open arms into the fire.

Moneystorm adventures ... part two!

From my previous post I had turned a $300 free chip into an ~$150 legitimate(?) deposit at the moneystorm casino. Everyone and their mom has been raining fire down on this casino for their poor customer service skills, inability to withdraw money, and generally bad behavior. I am intentionally trying to ignore these people and be able to take out my $150.

I've been spending the last few weeks talking to moneystorm customer support regarding my ability to take out the money I've won, and I've been met with a few roadblocks:

- I need to provide recent identification. That's fair, who doesn't?
- I need to open a support ticket (like I'm troubleshooting a broken laptop) to the accounting department to process a withdrawal.
- I need to wait 3 business days for a response to any ticket before sending them more information, lest I want my support ticket to be shuffled to the bottom of their queue (where I then need to wait another 3 business days).

This is all a little dodgy of course, but I also understand as players (like myself) I'm sure have come in with the attempt to withdraw winnings off of a free chip (some of the pampers casinos apparently don't let you pull *any* money out that began as a free chip, which is odd in itself).

They have many ways listed to withdraw on the bottom of their site and in their support area (where I got to write and submit my ticket). As it turns out, as a United States player, I may not use their Neteller / Skrill withdrawal methods, and must use a bank wire transfer or a money order. It turns out, the money order will cost me 50 bucks, and I'll have to wait 2-3 weeks for processing. The wire transfer would cost *$100*, but only take 1-2 weeks.

I don't mind waiting (I have been doing that a lot already), so I ask about the money order. The person on the other end of this communication chain then tells me that I don't have the minimum balance needed to withdraw through a money order. I would need a balance of over $180 to take any money out that way, they say.

So ... I play strong and in 4 spins of the roulette wheel, I turn my $150 into $180 (which hurts my stomach WAY more now that I'm dealing in real $$$). A new ticket has been sent their way, so now its a matter of time before I see what happens next ... I'll keep everyone informed (it'll be interesting to see what they come up with next to bar me from withdrawing ... maybe because I'm posting on an internet forum about the whole thing?)

I have read some skeptical posts about Moneystorm here. But I want to be fair and tell you that I have not only won money, the money was also paid. It's a really hard bonus. You get $ 300 free, but you have to wager 99x the amount. I was very lucky at the beginning. I won $ 4000 with several bonus games and then I somehow managed to make the conditions. There were still $ 450 left. Maximum withdrawal amount : $ 150 - point landing.

Then you really need patience.

1. I sent the documents and asked for the withdraw.
2. After three days came an answer. I would not have met the conditions. I have to wager $ 29700 and I only wagered $ 29662.
3. I went back to the casino. The display of the bonus suddenly shows 99 % and not 100 % satisfied. OK - I played the $ 38.
4. I asked again for the withdraw. Three days later they had verified the account and they say: Now all is ready for a withdraw.
5. Three days later they asked me about the Neteller number. I sent the number.
6. Three days later they said it will now be paid and it can take up to 14 business days.
7. Today, the money came from Moneystorm: $ 118.

I 'm happy . The speed is a disaster, but they pay. :) Of course - I will never deposit in such a slow motion casino. But the games are ok.

AND - the magic number of this casino is? Yes: THREE

Roadblocks?? This is like driving down the road into a checkpoint manned by trigger-happy renegades with AK47's.......
This is clearly a site that obstructs withdrawals to the limit, and pays up as a last resort only to those with enough willpower not to reverse the lengthy cashouts and only after taking exorbitant fees. I wouldn't deposit a ball of phlegm in a casino like that.
If any one reads this and then deposits there just please don't start any whingeing threads about the BS you endure. Pretty please.

still wait from 27 december 2015... is the most ridiculous amd chat continue say me to review the account.... i'ts a SUPERSHAME... for my lucky it's a no deposit, i read the wrost review on a lcb and askgamblers.... is the wrost, most wrost casino
