Yes Hello-
I was a player at slots jungle. I received an email form the finance department stating that my account was to be closed and the monies I deposited were to be refunded back to my bank. After speaking and emailing support, as well as finance, as well as Julia (no clue who she is yet her real name lol), I have recieved only one email stating that the refunds were issued on Feb 7th 2012 and allow up to 10 business days for credit back to my bank. Well that ten business days have come and gone. The support team is the absolute pits becuase they can not have any direct connection with the finance department except email. I am getting very very frustrated. I would appreciate if anyone out there can look into this.
