    Cash out issues Bwin

    I opened an account with Bwin, deposited with neteller and got a bonus, finished wagering a few thousand and submitted a withdrawal request. I received a request for ID which I duly submitted. 3 days later and still no cash.

    I contacted Bwin to ask where my withdrawal was and was told that my documents were awating processing and that I should be patience as this may take some time. I said fine, how much time? We dont know was the response.

    Does anyone find this acceptable? Im supposed to sit around and wait for them to decide to look at my id before I can use the money I deposited in good faith from my neteller account any where else.

    I have asked them several times to clarify the time needed and each time I am told we value your patience but we cant tell you.

    As a result of this thread they have now told me there will be a 10 (working) day wait for them to look at my documents. I just cant believe this. I am now going to be without nearly £2000 of my money for well over 2 weeks. How can a professional, reputable casino that advertises 24 hour cashouts get away with this sort of behaviour?

    There is absolutely nothing I can do. Are they in danger of going bust and this is their way of not paying me?

    Thanks I have pmed them. I am really pissed off with Bwin. There are some great casino promotions on at the moment that I cant play in because they have my money.

    I am very sure Bwin will pay you.They are however absoulutly terrible at customer service and paying out in a timely fashion.From my expeiences anyway.I would never ever EVER play there again.

    As you say you have experienced, i to waited 9 days for my documents to be accepted and then 12 more days for the bank wire.There c.s takes atleast 24 hours for any response(besides automated ones)And then they never really answer your question.They are so poor and so so very arrogant i can not stand them. Also very bad for an "accredited" group

    They also reduced my parlay wagering to 50$ a week from whatever it was before because i had actually won 3 parlays over a week.Not an email sent to let me know why just arrogance from them when i inquired why.

    All i can do is never give them a red cent again and obviously that is what you should do after you get paid.

    If you look around there are many many problems with Bwin from a lot of people.Just my experiences though.I am sure you will finally get paid someday though.

    Im glad to hear you got paid. I really hope I dont have to wait 20 days for mine. It would mean I cant really play at any casinos for the rest of the month.

    unreal, 10 working days just to look at your documents, how can they justify that length of time,
    I gave up gambling,
    Now all i ever do is make mind bets,

    The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

    I found Bwin to have one of the worst CS I've ever encountered from an online casino - believe me that's something not to be proud of.

    <derail>
    I accepted a sign over from some place that had recently merged with them. My offer was to received a FREE (no deposit) $75 Chip. When it didn't hit my account I contacted the Bwin CS Team.

    About 48 hours later I got a response - if you could call it that. Another 48 hours later I'm told it was a Poker bonus and I had to make a deposit.

    Anyway told to jam it up their you know what & to close my account. Even having them follow that request took another 2 emails and a further 4 or 5 days
    </derail>

    In so far as having to wait 9 0r 10 days for them to approve your ID, what a joke. But to have to wait over a week longer for your withdrawal is unacceptable IMHO.

    If Bwin are paying monkey's to perform their CS it still shouldn't take this long

    Cheers
    T

    How did they know about this thread?

    Did you threaten them that you would make this post? Even so, it is VERY unprofessional for them to react in kind, they should rise above it.

    10 days to approve documents is VERY poor, it is more usual for the process to take 24 - 48 hours, especially during the working week.

    Since a number of other members posted about their terrible CS, this seems the most likely explanation for this farce, rather than them going bust.

    Generally, if there is a cashflow problem, there will be MANY players reporting steadily increasing delays in payment, and this will NOT just be new players.

    When a casino gives an estimate for cash-in times, they do NOT necessarily cover the FIRST withdrawal, the times are meant to represent what to expect once you become a regular player.

    Your options?

    1) Quit posting if you intend to use any dispute resolution process.

    2) PM to the rep, and see if you get anywhere

    3) Use the PAB service, this is a formal process that involves Max negotiating with the casino on your behalf. It is important to be truthful, don't try to gloss over anything, or hide anything in the hope no-one will find out. If you get rumbled for concealing anything, or giving a misleading account, the PAB will very likely fail.
