BWIN rip me off

Hello Everybody,
Unfortunately I have a problem with the operator BWIN. Bwin has blocked my account without giving reasons and they hold my money of 5000 €. I contacted the customer service to clarify this case but they refer to a reply from the responsible department. I've been waiting 14 days for a reply. To the prehistory. I was self-excluded and recently I requested the account reactivation. This was agreed. I made a deposit of 700 euros and after some bets and games i won about 3800 €. I withdrew 3000 euros. After that I made a deposit and i won again. I wanted to payout 4000 €. The next day, my account was blocked and a security check carried out. Since then nothing has happened. i used different offers from the site, Sports betting, Poker and casino.

....and the moral of it is if you are on a winning streak your account will be blocked.

I am sorry to sound like an old bore, but if you are playing at bwin then you always run the risk of something like this happening. I don't believe they have ever had an accredited status here and there are countless tales on this forum and all around the internet of their questionable terms and poor customer experience. Unfortunately there are some affiliate sites who just can't help themselves and still see the need to push them heavily.

Possibly your best bet OP is to submit a PAB, but I do not hold my breath that this giant of a company will pay the slightest bit of attention.

The OP has submitted a PAB but yeah, chances are slim.

That said, removing "Warning" from the thread title to avoid any potential confusion with official Casinomeister Warnings.

Have you ever registered on any of their other sites and self excluded?

If you have self excluded accounts here that you didn't ask to be reactivated then this may be the issue.

I am hoping that when you say you requested a reactivation of your account, you don't mean that you opened a new account (i.e 2nd account).

Perhaps you have someone else in your household who is playing at the casino. This can always complicate things a bit. Have you asked them about this?
