Casino Complaint club world keeps messing with me

Im not sure what to do here. Club world group keeps changing my allowed bet sizes and messing with my account.

The latest episode was at highnoon. I opened up an account and was playing there when I kept getting disconnected. I would reconnect then hurry back to my game (as I was winning and didn't want to interupt that). But then it would just say "administrator has disconnected you".

Finally, I came back and lost a bunch of hands in a row then noticed that my balance was REALLY, Really low. Lower than I thought it should be. So I went to the cashier and while I was playing they took $200 out of my account! I couldnt beleive it. That is really appalling to me. I want to play and not be messed with. They would not give me a reason at all.
Finally they told me I would be emailed and have this explained to me. I was never emailed or called or contacted in any way for days. I went back and went through the same process and again they told me that someone would email or call. Again this didn't happen. I just went back to ask again and it was as if I never was asking about this before. Only difference is that this time support first stated that I used the welcome bonus already. I proved to them that I did not. Then I told them I wanted my money put back into my account. Then they changed their story and said "you are not eligible for bonuses so it was taken from you". "even if we put it back and you continued winning you would not be allowed to cashout because your not eligible".
Well, I think this is ridiculous that they would give me a bonus of 150. Then when I am up hundreds of dollars they take all my money WHILE I
AM PLAYING! I have no trust for them and I also know they are lying because of simple math. The bonus was 150. They took out 200 first of all. Second of all they couldnt figure out their story to tell me why they kept interupting my game and taking my funds. Oddly (or not oddly at all) after the disconnections I could not win much at all and lost a lot of it also. I hate being interupted when I am playing. Even if it is not cheating it does change your fortune. If they did not screw around with me I may have kept winning. Thats not the main point though, that is just part of thier rudeness.

I am thinking this is rogue activity. I am warning all of you dealing with this is not worth it. Any suggestions would be welcome. thanks.

Perhaps not "rogue activity" more unethical business practices, While I'm not a fan of CWC (prefer Inetbet) they definitely aren't practicing rogue activities :)

Regarding you're problem have you PM'd the rep on here?

Rogue, unethical... Just plain poor behavior in my opinion. Not very trustworthy types of actions that I would expect to see.

I have not. I have talked with support many times however. I don't feel that I am getting anywhere with the employees at this casino group. They are not really reading what I am typing and it is infuriating. Not sure if it would help to contact yet another employee but if you think so I do welcome the suggestion and will do so. Thank you very much.

Perhaps contacting the representative on this forum would have been a better recourse :) Forget customer support they've failed for me on many occasions as well, PM the rep on here.
 
Ok, well still not good. Club world again lied and did not email me about this. The private message here went totally unanswered also. They still are not doing anything at all. Just ignoring. suggestions?
 
My suggestion (for what it's worth) is to PM the rep here one more time. Explain in detail and politely the problem. Wait 24 hrs. and if no reply then take advantage of the PAB (PitchABitch) option here and let MaxD sort it out for you.

I have always found that when I PM the rep here, I get a response within 24 hrs. unless done on weekends.

They have their problems, yes. Cash-outs can be stalled at times and I use to never get an e-mail response from them until I switched to a different e-mail account. Anyone using "comcast.net" should switch. I now get all of my e-mail from them and very quick responses when I have written to them.

You stated you were a new player, did you read all the terms and conditions pertaining to the bonus you took? Many times there is confusion on the part of a "newbie". Not saying you are!

Stalled cash-outs are the only thing that they have had problems with and the last 3 withdrawals I have had were very prompt, so, they have improved!

Thanks. Yes, I meant I was a new player to that casino. I had played other casinos in that group. I hope that they are not unethical as you state but this wasnt just a bonus issue. They took out more than the bonus so that isnt the case. They also did it while I was playing (playing an allowed game so there was not breaking of terms).

I literally think that they saw me winning and took the money out and cannot think of a good excuse as to why they would be able to do that while I am playing or for any time actually. I will give them a little benefit of the doubt that they are not rogue... but this was certainly rogue activity.

That said, unless you are making huge bets the removal of the bonus makes no material difference as this bonus is sticky ie non-cashable. I believe if they had erroneously credited it to your account they should stick with it till you finish play and ban you from future bonuses.

I agree Chu.

IMO removing bonuses mid-play is not a good idea.

How was he able to get a bonus is he was not eligible in the first place? If it was a casino error, then they should wear it, just as players should wear their errors.

This thread and community have been very helpful. Thank you all for your advice and ideas.

Well, here is how it played out:

I was contacted back via PM after I tried again to contact them. They apologized and put the bonus back in my account and started as if it were new again.

Now, I dont mind that. It kinda sucked because they had taken out more than just my bonus before. They took some of my winnings also. However, I didn't want to muddy the waters too much and I know it may have been confusing for the rep here. Since he was actually doing something and tried to help me I didn't want to complain further so I just took the bonus and wiped my mind clean and thought "what the heck. they are trying to do the right thing and this will give me lots of time to play so we all are ok with it".

Luckily for me I had some great luck and now have cashed out.

I was wrong for thinking they were rogue. They certainly fixed this on their own and that is not rogue at all. I appreciate it and will keep my account open with them. Thank you highnoon and thank you everyone who helped me.

This sort of response from you is refreshing:thumbsup: and is a shot in the arm for the casino reps who try to help players. Many will continue moaning in the hope of extracting even more benefits.

Again, very much a misunderstanding it appears and I wish I could change the title to "good job High Noon". Thanks again to all who helped on this thread. Its nice because nobody is insulting here.
