The problem is that we have ALREADY been told this some while ago, and clearly this was NOT the case, otherwise this thread would not be around.
So, from the end of this week, EVERYTHING will be up to date - problem solved, and withdrawals will be back up to the standard they used to be.
We STILL don't have a statement as to what has been going on for the last two to three months though. It seems that promises have been made, and almost immediately broken again.
What on earth were CS thinking when they told a player to CANCEL a Neteller withdrawal, and re-request it via wire transfer or cheque. They MUST have known something was up that meant SEVERE delays were quite likely were that player to persevere in waiting for the funds to arrive in Neteller. As a Neteller user of some 4 years, I can easily tell fact from bullshit, and any casino that tells me I have to wait "x business days" for my withdrawal to move from the merchant Neteller account to mine is giving me 100% bullshit. It is an INSTANT transfer, just like a deposit. It is pretty much the same mechanism as a deposit, but in reverse. It CAN go wrong for a technical fault, such as a timeout, but for 99.9999% of transactions, all goes smoothly and it is as quick as a computer at Neteller can process the incoming instruction, and update the two accounts. If it takes 8 days or more, it is because the processing department at the casino has NOT sent the instruction to Neteller to make the funds transfer, just as it would take a player 8 days to deposit at the casino if he entered the amount, and went on a week's holiday leaving his PC on before pressing "deposit" upon his return.

No doubt I agree with chuchu59. There is just no other explanation. Although I haven't had any success playing at this group, from what I read here sounds like a good bunch.
You have to wonder why a straight up casino would have financial issues.
Maybe running a straight up online casino requires deeper pockets then thought, and they weren't financially prepared for the temporary negative variance.
How long have they been around? Have players there been complaining of often bad runs recently?
That is why I am asking Louise those 2 basic straightforward questions .
I know they have been asked before .
IF she answers them at least we have a clearer view . It is obvious she is following this thread.

exactly 7 days from making withdrawal request. Not sure if issues over or not. Hopefully players will post their experiences here as they occur.
Hi all,
All e-wallets are up to date. Wires are on the way to players and will arrive this week for those that have been waiting, and checks are a little behind still unfortunately, but these should be received by the end of next week latest for those still waiting.

Louise
